Tried inside, the lady who has been there for years was very friendly and plesant. Keeps the dining area spotless. Food was tasty for fast food. Tried drive through and they couldn't get my order right and wanted to give me some one elses paid order. They couldnt handle the long lines. Drive thru wasn't fast food.

We ordinarily do not eat at the Mall but yesterday we found ourselves there so we gave it a try. It was not good. The food was mediocre and overpriced. The server had difficulty remembering what our drink order was. On a positive note it was quick and easy, but you would be better served top just get a slice of pizza a Sbarro next door.

Following on the line of other quick casual restaurants like Qdoba and SaladWorks in the same strip mall, Pie Five allows you to customize a personal-sized pizza and have it baked in the time it takes you to finish ordering any sides/beverages and pay for your order. Plenty of fresh toppings to create-your-own pie or choose one of the varied options that appear on the menu board. You can customize type of crust (including gluten-free for an upcharge), sauce, cheese, and toppings. Traditional pizza offerings, as well as some gourmet/unusual options. (The Maryland Crab pizza with crab dip sauce and real crab pieces, tomato, cheese, and a finish of Old Bay is particularly tasty!)Salads, breadsticks, and slices of dessert pizza round out the options, as well as a Coke Freestyle machine. Bundle prices can offer price savings. Hint: we have found that the kids' size pizza is pretty much the same size as the regular pizza, just that the crust is stretched thinner (if you like thin-n-crispy) and is 1/2 the price of the regular pies.Recommended place for families and groups where everyone can choose something different and personalize their meal.

This place is strictly a sandwich place and their bread is not exceptional. More like a Subway restaurant. They are doing a good business there because of the location near the college. Since I'm not a Avid Hoagie eater I prefer a real Jewish delicatessen over this. Do you want to fill up on bread go there.

Consistent quality food like at most of these chains. This restaurant is insanely busy but the staff does an admirable job of efficiently getting food out quickly. Not too many places to sit inside. Parking is a nightmare and the restaurant is not very disabled friendly.
