Dined here twice having mussels. They were a better size than the other restaurants I visited had lots of parsley and very tasty.The lady who served me on both occasions was very friendly and welcoming. You can sit inside or out looking over to the beach and sea. I would certainly recommend dinning here.

Well we've eaten at Rivage rated2 to this 3 for Luc Sur Mer and in many ways the menu was better, it offered fish soup which was fine. It was small and cosy and a good choice for the village.

We ate here as a family after researching restaurants in the town. We had the set menu (â¬25 i think) which was decent value given the exchange rate post Brexit. The food was nicely presented and tasty. My only moan would be the small size of the portions, which were a little small. The service was excellent and friendly.Many restaurants make most of their money from the booze, which was the case here. You do feel like you are being milked when they charge â¬20 for a wine you could get for â¬5 in the supermarket - there really is no need for a 400% mark up.Hello Mr Steve2826,Thank you for your comment, delighted that you enjoyed it, we struggle to find good products and this is also true for wine, and I can assure you that the Mercurey you had taken, you will not find it in supermarket to 5 â¬. For a "local" restaurant in a beach town like Luc-sur-Mer, du Beau Rivage wasn't too bad. It's just there was a lot of room for improvement. The service was a bit slow (even by what you would measure a French restaurant's casual demeanor by) and superficial. The food was prepared in a manner that could be described, at best, as mediocre ... nothing was wrong but nor was there anything to describe it as impressive.Hello,What a lot of word to say nothing.Sorry for your impression, we try to do our best in a 2 stars Hotel Restaurant.Kind regardsPh. One of those high quality family restaurants where they truly care about quality of food and time their customers experience. I think it is impossible to be disappointed with this place because everything is filled with care. Food is delicious especially crepes, for example pepper/beef or scallop ones. Service is just beyond friendly.After my 4 lunches there, I will really miss this place!!!!

We stumbled upon Les Gourmands Disent on a truly wild afternoon in September 2018, that needed at least two people to deal with the door in the wind! It proved to be an excellent refuge. We received a warm welcome - the service was prompt and friendly, and the crepes are first rate, with an almost bewildering choice of both galettes and crepes. It is very close to the beach and there is public parking outside: whilst the latter was easy in September, it probably is not in high season! In the round, a most pleasant experience, which is strongly recommended for a stop off or if in St Aubin

This is a fairly new restaurant-We went looking for the Italian Restaurant which was here before but oh so glad we went here. Fabulous food-reasonable prices and delightful staff-well worth it's 5 stars.

We ate in here twice whilst staying up the coast in Bernières-sur-Mer. It was well worth the walk in both occasions. The food was good and the portions were very generous. It was good value too. Would definitely recommend eating here.
