Wonderful restaurant plenty of parking a 100 m away saves street parking. Table settings very eye catching and everything clean. We had the more costly menu of the day but well worth the few extra euros â¬s. Selection of tappers (4) for the first course excellent,Then the second course we all had the Cod and it was brilliant. Only very minor point is a few vegetables with the cod would have been nice. Desert tasty well presented coffee hot and most important loos clean. Roll on next visit. Thanks to all the staff.

I have known this place for quite some years, and seen their progression. They have recently moved 100 yards down the road, but it seems like miles from the past. Excellent surroundings and decor, sound proofing (always a problem in so many places in Spain) well resolved, the food was great and original, the service unbeatable and the prices where just right.So altogether a superb lunch and will visit many times again.Apreciado cliente,gracias por dedicar unos minutos en escribir una opinión sobre nuestro local. Fusio is now a restaurant we visit regularly.The food is amazing value for money given the quality and presentation.The staff are pleasant and service is excellent.They do not speak English but if you don't speak Spanish Chef Alberto speaks English and is always pleased to help if you need advice on a particular dish.There is plenty of car parking available so easy to park very near the restaurant.Highly recommended

We have recently moved to the area and have just spent a really enjoyable lunchtime at the Restaurant.The welcome was friendly and the menu is very well prepared. All the meals were freshly prepared using excellent ingredients and the recommended wine was delicious.Service throughout was friendly and attentive and, as we only live 20 minutes away, we will be paying regular visits!

Visited this café/restaurant recently as we wanted a quick meal and opted for the menu del dia.Have to say the food quality for the price was exceptional and we will be using this restaurant regularly in the future.Its more of a café feel but don't let that put you off as its well worth a visit.Its in the town centre opposite BBVA bank so parking is limited but there is parking on the dry river bed just near about a 3 minute walk.If you are visiting Betera or live in or near the town you have to try this restaurant.I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

This restaurant was a few mins walk from the Travelodge where we were staying (next to airport). The hotel staff recommended this place. There were a few bars, cafes etc around the area, but most of them werefairly basic. But when we found this restaurant, it was like finding an oasis in the desert.The quality of the food was approaching fine dining. Excellent fish dishes. Very friendly and attentive waiters, excellent ambience. Good value for money, â¬50 for 2 people, 2 courses each, beers, bottle of good wine.Strongly recommend this restaurant
