Väldigt bra och fräsch bistro på strandpromenaden.Prisvärda rätter och pröva deras burgare och toast som ska sköljas ner med en stor pint!Very nice and fresh bistro on The boardwalk.Priseworty dishes och you have to try there burgers and toasts and wash it down whit a big pint!Thank you for the nice review and we are happy that your visit was OKWe hope that you have a nice staying in Torremolinos and maybe we gonna see you again in our bistro Team Bistro De Brabander

My wife and I visited this restaurant one midweek night just over a week ago while holidaying in Torremolinos. I had noted it on TripAdvisor and being a spicy chicken fan had looked forward to trying the food offered here.We arrived around 8:30pm to a restaurant that was already almost full, with most groups appearing to order both starters and main courses.We opted to order just a main course each, Spicy Chicken for me and a Chicken Curry for my wife. It took AGES for the food to arrive, and the waitress apologised to us on at least two occasions before the arrival of the food (I do appreciate that the restaurant was busy, but the waiting time was over the top!).When the food arrived it looked pretty good, but was disappointing. The spicy chicken appeared to be a half spit roast chicken in a soy sauce and spring onion/scallion sauce. It may have included a little chilli, but I couldn't discern any?Quite disappointing and my wife wasn't impressed by her curry, which reminded me of the type of chicken curry one would make at home in England using the ingredients available in the 1960's (curry powder!).Overall, a very disappointing meal which was twice the price of some of the simpler meals we had eaten in a number of local Spanish restaurants.I won't bother with this place again!

Walking down Calle Carmen we decided to drop into The Launch,a pub we always tend to visit whenever we visit La Carihuela. The pub itself is lovely, a proper pubby look to it, a solid wood serving bar and great decor and furnishings, some lovely wall art and theres plenty of seating options spread throughout this pub both inside and outside looking out onto the beautiful Mediterranean Sea, it's a great place to unwind in. We were here on a Monday afternoon, temperatures were hitting the 30 degrees plus mark and we were in need of a cooling beer, we luckily managed to get a table were a very pleasant member of staff served us a beer each,we opted to have that most Spanish of beers namely bottles of Mahou red,these were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling, we just chilled out and took in the great pub we were in. I really enjoy Mahou red ,I prefer it to the Mahou green, its slightly stronger and is a more refreshing beer.We really enjoyed our beers in here and although we only stayed for the one beer each before we moved on and as on every other visit to here we had a great time .The Launch is easy to locate on Calle Carmen in an area teeming with pubs,bars and restaurants. Opening hours are;Monday to Sunday, 10am till 2am.A great pub,one I highly recommend you visit if your in the area. Thank you very much for your comment. We look forward to see you again.

Wij zijn een paar keer hier geweest en hebben een keer de Belgische stoofvlees met frite gehad. Het was erg lekker, en ik had graag het recept voor gehad (geheim). Wij komen zeker terug. Bedankt.
