First, I have a hard time calling it a diner in NJ purely because it is not 24/7, though it would pass as a diner elsewhere.Overall, the food was disappointing. The cucumber salad was more of a pickle salad, and my meal was dry (despite having multiple layers where a littler moisture/juiciness could have been).The service was nice.

This diner is a credit to everything thatâs great about Jersey diners: a greeting thatâs not saccharine sweet, rules for ordering food to-go, reasonable prices, and servings so abundant that youâd better have done some weight-lifting training! Seriously, a âsmallâ Greek salad weighed a ton! Lots of wait staff ensured no one would go hungry for long. Looking forward to my next visit.

We stopped enroute to Delaware and were very hungry. It was a Saturday around 10:00 am and there was a line. So, given the awesome reviews we waited in the cool drizzle of the morning.Service is excellent and friendly. The place is abuzz with locals.I ordered two egg, home fries, bagel and rolled pork. The rolled pork sounded interesting, basically it was breakfast ham.The husband ordered a western omelette and rye toast.Our meals were good, not great. But we a picky. We grew up in NY on diner food and have had our share of awesome Jersey diner food. You can't go wrong here but we didn't leave thinking we had anything special.Ps. Unlike lots of other diners where you can get almost any kind of meal day or night, this place only served up a breakfast menu before 11:00.

I ordered a mushroom, pepper and onion turkey burger with sweet potato fries and coleslaw. They make a really good burger and the fries were perfect!And the waitress couldnt have been nicer!! She was very attentive and never missing in action! I highly recommend this restaurant. Two Thumbs up!
