We stopped here after a visit to Tabasco.The prices are dirt cheap for the portions and quality of food.Chocolate shake is 2.99 and probably a litre in size! Onions rings are homemade and easily shared by 3 people.Chicken is a 20min wait as it's made fresh, but so worth it!Fries were meh at best.Service was extremely efficient and etra.It can be a busy spot.

Driving to New Orleans, we stopped at Brenda's for lunch. Every day of the week has a different menu. There were four people in our group. Every dish and side I tasted was outstanding. But the rolls that came with each meal stood out. As the name states, you can dine in or take out. We dined in. The service was quick and friendly. I would highly recommend trying this restaurant.

There are not enough Waffle Houses like this one.Super friendly. Super good. Peanut butter waffles with bacon. Great local flavor. Delicious eggs. Great coffee. Right next to Lowe's and a couple of decent hotels. You can get your stay on, get your feed bag on and then go to shopping.

A perfect place for lunch. Fresh homemade soup and terrific sandwiches. You can have some great tea or if you prefer, a beer or a glass of wine! If you want to do something different, stop in the afternoon and enjoy a glass of wine or a beer and some cheese from the fabulous selections in their case! This is the place if want to treat yourself but not feel stuffed. They will also prepare your order for carry out if you so choose. You also might want to check out the schedule for various events that take place in the evenings such as wine and cheese tastings, beer tastings and every Friday night is trivia with prizes for winners! It definitely a must visit, pleasant surrounding and friendly people!
