I love Harborside deli because the staff are friendly and quick. The place is always busy no matter what time of the day your there. Fresh coffee, great bacon and egg sandwiches! Fresh lunch specials are always a great deal and fills that warm home made feeling when you bite in! They cater and the salads are home made and fresh. They also deliver if your working and cant get your lunch. Love it!!!I agree that a fresh coffee and a great bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich is a great way to start the day, Katrina. However, it's especially exciting to know that you get a warm homemade feeling when you bite into our lunch specials. Upon entering this new establishment, we were greeted by staff, and talked to the owners. The interior decor is creative and in good taste. There are plenty of tables to sit at with comfortable chairs. The wall menu states many foods including sandwiches, salads, and pizza. Their bagels are made on premise and have a nice texture and tasty. After ordering, the meal is delivered to your table, or take out. The food is fresh, good combinations, and filling. The location is clean, staff is friendly, and helpful, and street parking is plentiful. Looking forward to my next visit in the area and stopping by to eat at IT BGL.

1st time here. Ordered a large Turkey hero. My complaint was it was too big. Lol. I took half home. Large selection of bottle drinks and beer. Also homemade lemonade. Wife ordered chicken cutlet hero says it was good. Large seating capacity and clean. Would definitely come again. Just wish they were open past 7pm on weekdays since I get out of work to later to pick something up for dinner.

East Norwich Deli is a short walk from the East Norwich Inn where we stayed. We ordered a couple of their excellent sandwiches and it was no problem for them to provide extra pickle with the pastrami. If you've never been to New York, the thickness of a sandwich here is surprising. Enormous and very tasty. Very good value.

Sometimes you have to wait on line, but the service is good, the staff are friendly and the sandwiches are excellent. Grab a premade wrap for a quick grab and go. Picnic in the beautiful park across the street.
