I generally like Subways as a place to get a fast, relatively healthy sandwich for lunch. And this one has all my favorite Subway grinders- the tuna, roasted chicken breast, roast beef- you can really have it your way, and you will get served fast. But this Subway is not all that comfortable for eating in. There are few seats, and the air conditioning is dicey- sometimes too warm on a hot day, sometimes too cold. It's a shame because the service is friendly, efficient, and fast- faster than McDonald's these days!Hint: the Walmart up the street has an inhouse branch of Subway. If you can't get a seat at this one, just move on to the one at Walmart. Plenty of seats, and the same Subway menu and quality.

Heading South on Rt. I-95 for a weekâs vacation for the Wawa Welcome America activities in Philadelphia, we stopped at the Branford Southbound Service Plaza to use the facilities and have lunch. Not wanting to waste the delicious baked chicken from the previous nightâs dinner, weâd made and packed sliced chicken sandwiches. We got soft drinks from Subway. I got Diet Coke; my friend got iced tea. Both were mixed property and stood up well to ice.We took a table in the communal seating area.The sandwich ingredients in the case looked fresh and appeared to be of good quality.We rate this Subway at 4.0 and cab recommend eating here. About time harbor St. Mkt got a review. Simple atmosphere, good service, great lunch food. The food brings you back along with great customer service. Could use some freshening up inside along with maybe a larger TV. Would probably increase the eat in crowd.

Been to several Jersey Mike's shops, always same consistency in sandwich meat quality. They all go lighter on the meats than most mom & pop places, in my experience. What sets this location apart from the others in this chain is the service. They have their act together - efficient and friendly. I would always prefer a "local" joint for a sub - for both quality, quantity, and price - but you can do worse than a sandwich here.
