As you walk into this building which is approximately 400 years old you feel there is something special about this Restaraunt. You don't have to even eat to appreciate this building and the work the owners have put into restoration.Anyway the word is correct about the Chef Josep Forrellat, he is brilliant and his team in the kitchen and on the floor, some of who are family create an atmosphere which starts a gastronomical delight.We had salads, calamari, croquettes, Jamon, muscles, snails and rabbit all complemented with beautiful wine and champagne. We finished with a lemon sorbet infused with vodka and of course some good coffee.I would highly recommend this Restaraunt for anyone from couples to large groups, you won't be disappointed.We will certainly be back.Many thanks olo3 for the exquisite recommendation of the Suis restaurant on TripAdvisor. I went to this wine shop-restaurant on Friday night, once you enter the Metre drives to your table (mine was downstairs), she explained the menu and the wines recommended. The food was tapas way but very good quality, the wine was really great with budget price, I even bought a bottle for 8 euros. The tapas we took was the Bravas that were really good, the canneloni were also too good but the ham was average. Even the menu is small, the taste of the product, the atmosphere of the restaurant and the service makes this place a wonderful choice.
