We loved our lunch here and were stunned at the outstanding food and service provided. We asked to sit outside and the staff were only to happy to set up a table and chairs for us and they were happy for us to share a set menu between the two of us. The food was divine and I would love to return ... !

As part of the Irish Rowing Team on training camp in Banyoles we were provided with the best food we could ask for when healthy nutrition is a high priority. Healthy, wholesome meals were provided for lunch and dinner, with great variation and never boring. Fresh, top quality ingredients are used in every meal and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a delight dining at hotel l'ast night after night. As for the general restaurant provided to the public, the meals looked delicious in a beautifully decorated setting. All round this is a fantastic restaurant!Thank you, Claire, for all your positive comments. Our hotel is basically oriented towards sports tourism, which make us particularly conscious of the importance of providing healthy meals with lots of variety and high quality ingredients. We are very pleased to know that our costumers appreciate it. We look forward to hosting the Irish Rowing Team again.

A absolutely beautiful restaurant in a small, sleepy town. As a first time visitor, what a surprise when opening the door to the restaurant. What a fabulous lunch!The tables were perfectly appointed, service extremely attentive, food excellent and beautifully presented, large wine list. There were 4 in our party, so each person ordered a different appetizer and different entree so we could see and taste each one. Stunning presentation and delicious!I found the price very reasonable for the quality of the food, service and decor.I had heard of this restaurant listening to a podcast, so we purposely stayed in the area.It was well worth it, in fact I wish we had more time on our vacation so we could have dined there again.

I was in the area with a friend to pick up a dog (of the four-legged variety) when we chanced on this restaurant. Excellent food with original recipes based loosely on local cuisine. Cheerful friendly people (unusually so for inland Catalonia) who gave professional service. Good value for money and one of the best chance restaurant discoveries of the year.

Equilibri is a gastronomical restaurant located in Navata, a little town in Girona province. It is a rural place, where you can relax, walk, ran, see the beautiful buildings or just go to dinner or lunch in this restaurant. Obviously, it is the best restaurant in the town and it is located in an old house totally restaurated. The place is very well-decorated and comfortable and here you can taste an amazing gastronomical menu. Also, the waiters are very friendly and recommended us some very good wines. A very nice place to get away the big city and enjoy degusting an excellent food.
