Till this evening there were two reviews; one says bad and the other one very good. Let's add another poor to the list.The staff was friendly when we arrived but wanted us to give a table right in front of the opening door. We got one further but temperature was still not very comfortable.We ordered one wonton and one noodle soup, sissling combination and a sliced a beef with vegetables. They served an extra and mumbled 'from the house' or so. So we started with it and discovered it were fried meat/vegetable balls with krupuk. The krupuk was not nice, the fried balls were. Then just prior to serving the soup the apologised that it was not meant for us. We did not get charged for this.The soups were small and a yellowish fluid with wonton and the other spaghetti. Did not really taste well.The sissling combination contained onions, some beef, chicken?, 4 prawns, pork and all covered with a sweet sauce. Was not bad but not very good either.The sliced beef with vegetables was some soft beef from a low quality and again covered in a sweet sauce. My daughter did not like the meat and the vegetables were small and not good either.On the bill there was something vague called f-cook and I heard another table saying this is the price for cooking, weird.For the whole dinner, inclusive a diet coke and something that should have been apple juice but wasn't we paid 58 AUD.I would not come back here.

This restaurant has a huge variety of options, I have been here a couple of times trying different dishes each time and the food has always been of a quality standard!My favourites are the honey chicken, southern style beef, salt and pepper Calamari and their fried ice cream is amazing! Will recommend to anyone

This place must be the go to place for all in Katoomba. Had dinner there an hour ago and I felt I owe this place a report. Three Sisters BBQ seems to be a pun as I saw 3 ladies running the restaurant cohesively. The menu was extensive and practically all the dishes Iâve ordered was exceptionally delicious. My 2 daughters love the hotpot tofu and the French beans that went stunningly well with rice. The omelette as well as the roast duck and char siew was very delectable. Now Iâm contemplating whether to have my dinner there again tomorrow as try out other dishes which I saw other tables ordering that looks just as good. On a hind note, I think this place is very popular among the locals, and the youngest lady probably knows most of her customers by their first name. That speaks volumes of the customer service of this place.

We went to this restaurant tonight, our last night in Katoomba before heading back to Melbourne, it started out great at 6:20pm when we arrived.We were served quickly and we ordered our entree and drinks. All good at this point. We finished the soup and said we were ready for the main course. Meanwhile a table of four turned up (at least half an hour after us) and were very quickly served a bottle of red wine.We waited, and watched the late table of four served up their main course. Sometime later a second main course, and fifteen minutes later another main course. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy, so we hoped our meal wasn't too far away. We were sadly mistaken.Meanwhile another table of three arrived and within ten minutes had their main meal on the table. By now we were pretty hungry and cranky. We asked where our meal was. The waitress walked away and returned saying there was a mix up and the table of four had our meal. We found this a bit strange, as what they had in their table was not what we'd ordered, all three seperate servings.We looked about the restaurant and saw three other tables also in the same situation as us. Waiting, as the table of four were given preferential treatment/service over us. It became obvious the staff knew these people as they were taking happy snaps while we still waited for our meal of one main course and rice.We eventually got our meal at 7:30 after complaining about the preferential treatment of one table to the detriment of service to three other tables of customers. We were offered a free glass of wine, fortune cookies but, too little too late. No thank you. Something needs to be done about the service offered. All paying customers should be treated with equal respect and standard of service, no matter what race, gender or religion you are. We're still pretty upset and disappointed about the discrimination we experienced tonight.

Our experience through the night was wonderful! The food came quickly in a short amount of time in just within 10-15 minutes of 4 main dishes and 2 entrees which were all very delicious. The waitress was very warm and welcoming and provided us a very helpful guide in the variety of choices we can choose from on the menu. Prices were incredibly reasonably and were totally worth it as the portions of each main dishes can fit at least 2 people. Some other tables like us resulted in getting boxes for take away for the same reason. Loved the attentive service of the waitresses! Would be back once we're in town.

We arrived in the pouring rain, the restaurant was busy, we hadnât booked.We chose 2 dishes from the chef speciality menu with rice. The portions were a good size & the waiter advised us to just order 1 rice as we could always order more, we didnât need to.The prawns were amazing, the best weâve had, & we have prawns a lot in all different countries. The food was piping hot & came to our table promptly after ordering.We couldnât fault it. If youâre looking for somewhere to go whilst in Wentworth Fslls or close by this is a must.
