Stopped by on a Friday. Extremely large sushi offerings. But we we more in the mood for Chinese. My wife ordered the duck fajitas and I ordered sliced steak in black bean sauce. Restaurant wasn't particularly busy, so dishes arrived a few minutes after our order. Beautiful presentation and quite delicious. If you want something nicer than food courts, this place is worth a visit.

We did take-out since the dining area is small and appears more like a place to wait for your food than a place to enjoy it. Service was friendly. All dishes were colored different shades of orange and I forgot to ask if they use MSG (they must have since i couldnt fall asleep). The taste resembled the orange appearance, fried, greasy, tasteless stuff. Can't really call it food. Sadly, had to throw out most of it and write off as an unfortunate waste of $25. I have eaten chinese food in many places around North America and I'd have to say this was the worst ever.

We got takeout recently. The sushi rolls are fresh and nicely presented....plus on the large side. Try the eel....I'm not a huge sushi fan but this one rocks!!! Great dumplings, also very large. And good soups too. It's a nice place for a takeout lunch. Pretty pricey for Trumbull though.

Have eaten at Panda Express many times throughout the country. This by far was the worst ever. Please stay away. Food is overcooked and tasteless.

I went to the Shangri-la Restaurant tonight for the first time and got the wrong impression from the reviews that this might be a nice place. But it's just glorified take-out. The food was pretty good though. You might like it as long as you have no expectations for real plates and cutlery. I may or may not go back. Haven't decided yet.
