This is a new restaurant that just opened on September 24, 2010
The place was very no frills and just a few tables with chairs. No ambiance or decor or anything hawaiian on the walls. The food was average as the vegetables with my tofu were cabbage, celery and onions. Nothing special and no chinese veggies such as bokchoy. The mixed plate was just plain and no flavors as lacked sauce and no garlic or spices were used.

Serving Fresh House Made Noodles & Asian Specialties.
This restaurant is located in an industrial area, so not your typical beachfront setting. However, you will definitely need a reservation as it was full and had people waiting the night we went. This is one of those new Asian fusion restaurants with a mash-up of different Asian food culture with ramen, pho, thai, etc. We arrived at our reservation time and were seated promptly. Our waiter was gracious and informative. There are quite a few shared plate items in addition to the actual entrees. We could have filled up on the shared plates. We had the pork belly buns, which were delicious, and the Chinese broccoli, which tasty - more like sautéed bok choi. We had the Lahaina Fried Soup, which was not actually soup but was really good, and the Pad Thai, also good. We weren't too adventurous with our choices. The tables are really close together, so you are practically eating with your neighbors - but that also allowed you to see the plates and entrees they were getting - and all looked wonderful. I'd say this place is very moderately priced for Maui, but the portions were large. We enjoyed it and enjoyed the leftovers the next day!

Maui is not a Mecca for Chinese food. There are a couple of Chinese restaurants if your completely bored with island food choices. Please donât expect an epicurean experience...we live on the west coast and Chinese food is generally good. So if you must, than do.. you will be fed...
