We were just traveling the highway and didnât want the regular fast food that you normally grab when traveling.Found this hidden gem.Service was fast and friendly. But the real winner was the great food. Superb flavour and well cooked Chinese dishes. Not expensive at all - we highly recommend.

The food here is truly lovely, well cooked, tasty and certainly very delicious indeed. Great sauces that are definately made in house as are the entrees. Just the right balance of flavours and the fried rice is fresh and tasty. Schezhuan was prefect with just the right amount of heat, sweet and sour pork had the most wonderfully crispy light batter it made my mouth hunger for more..... To top that off, the service we received from the friendly and welcoming owner was so lovely, genuinely beautiful and warm that it only added to our experience and made our visit that extra bit special.... The pub it's attached to is a great historic building and I found other comments on out it being tired to be a bit unfair.... All in all its a top spot with great food and really nice staff. Can't go wrong .

Surprised to find this place as we went into the pub expecting usual pub grub and instead found Thai - it was amazing we had the honey soy pork and chicken pad Thai both of which were fresh and authentic. Small seating area but the atmosphere was still good with the footy going on in the background. Excellent prices - $38 for entree and meal for two - very impressed.

I went to Li Garden Chinese Restaurant as I was on my way up on holidays, As per previous visits I had on my way through the town ... the Chinese meals were superb in taste and in Quantilty, one chief even goes through the trouble of creating an animal for you with a piece of carrot and the rest of the carrots are made like a flower. I order the Combination Chow Mein every time, as its the best.

We often sat for the buffet on friday and saturday nights. The food is nice, never had a problem with it however I think the food and dessert buffet lack variety. Its the same thing every time. I think it should be changed up a little. The staff are constantly helpful and friendly.
