The beer was fabulous! The food wad very tasty. Pelmeni wery crispy, beer sausages, very rich and fresh, snezanka was delicious. Service was friendly.

The food is expensive and average. The lunch menu items (tried on 2 different occasions) are below average and expensive compared to other places with lunch menus. The indoor seating area is dark. Service is generally slow and a waiter once strongly hinted that he was expecting a tip. Some of the other Biancos have better food, would not recommend this one.

Located towards the Northwestern part of central Svishtov, in an old house, this is a very nice restaurant, with white tablecloths and friendly, efficient and attentive staff. It offers indoor and outdoor seating, and the tables in the garden are delightful, when weather permits. The menu offers most Bulgarian classics, including roasts (pork, chicken, lamb), fish, pizza, salads, soups, stews and a variety of local vegetables. Flavors are wonderful, with enough condiments to make you want to return. A full bar, and a good selection of local wines and beers rounds up the choices.

We were recommended Ego restaurant by the owner of our accommodation so Day 1 we went and had a great meal with good service. So we returned the next day and what a change. Poor service, very long wait for our meals that came separately about 20 minutes apart. With no apologies or explanations. It was late afternoon so not busy so we were extremely disappointed and with so many other great restaurants close by we wonât be returning.

Absolutely dreadful! Ordered 2 starters and 3 main dishesPlus extra sidesOne main arrived with the 2 starters together with the side dishes.Consequently the main dish was expected to be consumed at the same time as the two family members eating their starters.This first main dish comprised of salmon (uncooked nearly raw) side vegetable dishes cold. Unable to eat A further main dish containing steak as its main element was also totally uncooked. Unable to be eaten!Complained to the waiting staff, and to their credit they discounted all the food eaten and ordered, and we were offered replacement main courses and desserts if so wished. However,we declined.On the positive side the waiting staff were exceedingly polite and apologized, and the third main dish was adequate and edible. Not their fault. Please replace your Chef NOW.
