Moved here three and half years ago and drove past this gem many times on Route 98 and never stopped, boy did I miss a great thing. We decided to stop by after running errand on the Beach side of the bridge and were amazed. Roast Beef sandwich was amazing. The sno-ball was excellent. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. A must stop for any visitor or local! We appreciate you finally stopping by and giving us an opportunity to serve you some of our New Orleans favorites. I am so glad you loved you roast beef and snowballs and of course thank you for spreading the word and letting other tripadvisor's know that you enjoyed our place. Thanks again

Had the very delicious and filling cinnamon roll french toast. I never knew food could be a sensual experience until I ate this french toast. Everything about it was mind numbingly delicious. I'm actually going through withdrawls without it in my stomach. I need to mainline this French toast.Mimosas were way to expensive for the taste and the size. Also, the waiter kept doing and saying all he could to blatantly fish for a higher tip. That's annoying. But get the french toast. Love yourself enough to experience itGreat choice! Thanks for trying Another Broken Egg Cafe. We can't wait to see you again soon!

Tried this place because their lot was full and overflow parked on main highway. Somewhat disappointed, expected better. Service was slow, place only half full on a Monday morning. Everyone satisfied with their breakfast order. French toast was the best, omelet OK. One of our group didn’t get his order along with the rest of the of us. One order incomplete, had to flag down our waitress to get it served. Would have been a nice morning out breakfast had the service been better. Asked for separate checks, but told they would do it at the register, causing confusion and taking extra time. Probably won’t be on our list of places to revisit on future trips to PCB.

It also helps when a place takes you far beyond the expectations. Taco Tuesday doesn't disappoint and the ice tea is self serve fresh brewed goodness. What I noticed and was verified by a knowledgeable staff, everything is homemade with nothing pre-made, pre-cooked, bag of stuff kuka.. My Cuban Pork taco was real slow roasted pork and good stuff on top. At least a half dozen people came in for to go orders and they were all smiles when they came in... That shows return customers. The only negative I have for Chewie's Kitchen is that I live 7 hours away... I may have to move. Thanks for the great experienceThank You so much for taking the time to share your positive experience!! We are so grateful you gave us a try and are thrilled you enjoyed everything so much. Cheers!

My first time visiting this restaurant after hearing about how great their eggs Benedict was from friends. I joined two friends to eat..eggs Benedict. The restaurant was very open and the staff was friendly. We were seated right away since we arrived at 8:30, we seemed to have beat the crowd. I noticed the booths by the back wall seemed to have issues with the seats were uncomfortable for customers who seemed to be dodging a crack where the seats were put together. The tables don’t line up to the booth seats therefore it falls where the booth seats are joined. My friend noticed that customers asked for another table twice because of the seats. We were served right away placing our orders and getting our beverages. We all ordered eggs Benedict .... two classics and one blt eggs Benedict. I opted for bacon other than the smoked ham to save on carbs. We each ordered extra hollandaise at the suggestion of my friend who has eaten here before. The dish is served with mixed greens dressed in a lemony vinaigrette, which was great for me but my friends chose to get grits instead. They looked very good topped with butter and very creamy. They gave us a pot of coffee for the table so we were able to constantly refill our cups. One small problem was two breakfasts were served and mine was delayed for some reason so I told my friends to start as theirs were getting cold. Finally, mine was delivered and it looked good. The eggs were served on a ciabatta roll instead of English muffins, topped with tomatoes, two small poach eggs and hollandaise. I will have to say one thing about the eggs..they were quite small. They could almost fit in a tablespoon, yes that small. The hollandaise was very good but I found I did not need the extra serving as they brought us two small cups per plate. I passed on eating the bread, but it looked good. I glanced around and saw the restaurant had filled up and saw several plates of huge pancakes being enjoyed by several customers. Despite being disappointed in the eggs, the taste was good and the bacon could have been cooked a bit longer. The restaurant is located in a shopping plaza, so there is plenty of parking. Their menu is quite extensive and not all of it is typical breakfast fare...lots of healthy choices. There seems to be something for everyone. Suggestion for seating...don’t get a booth by the back wall.
