El Dorado Hills (EDH) is an unincorporated census-designated place (CDP) located in El Dorado County, California, 22 miles (35 km) east of the state capital of Sacramento. The population was 42,108 at the 2010 census, up from 18,016 at the 2000 census. This population growth is attributed through the combination of actual population increase within the 2000 CDP boundaries and expansion of the boundaries. The area of EDH was expanded from 17.9 square miles (46 km) in 2000 to 48.606 square miles (125.89 km) in 2010.

It's the Wandering Yank here. Mrs. Yank and I wanted to try a new coffee place, and we'd seen Bella Bru a number of times.Good choice! It's much more than a coffee place - it's a full-blown restaurant. We had cappuccino, chai latte and the bagel with eggs, cheese and ham. Very good! Plus it was a beautiful spring morning, so sitting outside was a treat. The menu is quite extensive, so we'll try something else next time.Pleasant service, nice decor, and prices reasonable for what we ordered.2 thumbs up!

Had some friends recommend this place so thought I'd try it with my wife and daughter for lunch. Upon entering the establishment, was impressed with the decor. Looked forward to a great meal. My wife and daughter both ordered the chicken sandwich whichthey stated was ok but not worth returning for. I ordered the Eggs Benedict Waffle and sorely disappointed. Single egg was hard boiled (not Benedict style) meat (whatever it was) was dry. Unable to get attention of waitstaff. When finished for some time, none of the dishes were cleared from the table as were none of at least 10 table throughout the restaurant. Another rub: if one uses a credit or debit card there is a 3% "convenience fee"?!!? added to the tab. Worse thing a restaurant can do is nickle/dime their customers. Some might even deduct from the tip.

Maryâs Gold Miner Cafe 426 E Bidwell, Folsom, CA 95630 (916) 984-4181 My husband and I traveled to Folsom to take his truck in for service at the dealership. Since we departed from home early, we didnât eat breakfast. After dropping off the truck for service and cruising out in the rental car, I searched in Google Map app on my phone, âRestaurants nearby that are openâ. Maryâs was in the list displayed and I set the course for this destination. A good pick. This is a breakfast and lunch restaurant only, open M-F 6am to 2pm and 6am to 3pm on weekends. Breakfast & Lunch served all day. Go to the website for a link to the menu. As you enter, there is a small area where you wait to be seated. There is a large whiteboard with the specials. A nice lady came and sat us and I later discovered it was Mary. I asked for the Chile Verde Omelet and she responded âOh, thatâs a good choiceâ. Boy howdy, it was wonderful! Chunks of tender pork in flavourful verde, folded into a 3 egg omelet, then smothered in more verde and chunks of pork with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa. Comes with choice of hash browns or home fries and toast or biscuit. I asked to hold the carbs, omelet only. Couldnât eat it all. Generous portions. My husband chose sausage and eggs with a choice of toast or biscuit. When he chose biscuit and asked if they were house made, Mary said âOh yes, baked fresh every day and Iâll bet you want gravy on that biscuitâ. He smiling said âYes pleaseâ. Well, dang, just the biscuit with the gravy came out on its own dinner plate and took up all the room. The cakey biscuit is tall and large, light and fluffy and one of the best Iâve eaten anywhere. The gravy was also house made, with little chunks of savoury ground sausage. The eggs, sausage and home fries were nicely cooked, not too oily. Food came out fast, and after a while, Mary stopped by the table and asked âHow do you like it?â, then turned to my husband and said âHave you tried some of hers? Just a bite. Itâs really good.â So warm and friendly. Really good grub at fair prices in an old strip mall in Folsom. Cinder block walls interiors painted with murals. Corner location and end of little shopping center with big windows on 2 walls, sunny and bright. Plenty of big parking spaces, easy access/egress, not too far from the newer part of Folsom. You wonât be disappointed.

Our bagel order has been messed up both times we have visited. This time ordered 6 bagels and got 3 and was missing the cream cheese. Plenty of workers just standing around chatting. No one apologized but just blamed the girl running the cash register. This place is now zero for two in just getting our order processed. How hard can bagels be???

The staff at this location are always friendly and helpful. I love the variety they always have in the deli. They have really good pizza they sell by the slice. Also, the sandwiches they make are delicious! Great market to go to that provides a lot of choice of organic products and grass-fed beef. I love their bakery, lot of fancy desserts, I try to stay away from the bakery because I want everything! By far, my favorite market in the area!

Came here with family for lunch. Maybe our expectations from reviews were set too high, but really not impressed. The group had a mix of salads and sandwiches and while tasty, really nothing stood out considering the pricing and hassle of the cafeteria ordering gymnastics. From ordering the food to getting drinks and paying, the staff was really unimpressive. I'm sorry if I asked you to do something for me as a customer.During the traditional lunch hour time, they ran out of icead tea and apparently nobody in the entire restaurant knew how to refill the dispenser. After repeated requests, and no management to be found, we gave up and just had water. Overrated
