We often visit Mill Creek and enjoy the great food, but no one mans the drive thru. Today we waited in line behind another vehicle at the order speaker for 10 minutes, and no one took the order for the vehicle in front of us. We backed up, as did the vehicle in front of us and walked in to order our food. We found several employees walking around, but no one helping the drive thru customers. This is the second time this has happened to us. As I said, great food, but don't use the drive thru.

Not the best I've had but not many places in the area to get a Moco Loco. The portions are large and food is not bad. It is a order at the counter place with good seating and parking. The dishes are the typical "two scoop rice and Macaroni salad" style that is served in Styrofoam. The Moco was ok, the katsu was better. They also have burgers which looked pretty good having been done Hawaiian style

We arrived in the afternoon / evening and were seated quickly. The server was polite and knowledgeable. We asked to move in the bar area and he moved us immediately. Our new server was the Bartender. He was quick, polite, efficient, and helpful. I believe his name was Nate. Our food was great tasting. We ate fajitas, chips and salsa. Delicious!!!!Michael, thank you so much for taking the time to send us this feedback. We love hearing about the great service and meal you received at our San Bernardino Chili's. We will share this feedback with the manager and look forward to your next visit.
