Food- nothing to brag about. No pizazz. Large portions but not much flavor, in pizza or salad. No available avocado for their nachos either. Kids get food served on a frisbee, so a take home item! Nice emphasis on sports (interior), especially the Cubs! Go for the relaxing surroundings with friends/family, not necessarily to eat.

This was pretty close to another place, that used to have tenderloins. Unfortunately, that place went out of business, so we went to Zsavooz. We've been there before, but never for tenderloin, so I thought, 'why not? Give it a try.'They serve tenderloins both breaded and un-breaded, I like the breaded. Another guy from work ordered the same. When it came, it looked a little weird. It had a corner or two that were slightly brown and crispy, but most of it wasn't. Not sure if the cooks just had a bad day, or what, but for $9, it wasn't worth it. And I didn't finish mine. The fries were fine, but really disappointed in this. If we try it again, and it's the same, I'll send it back and re-order. Just didn't feel like we had time that day.I can't believe it would normally be like this, so don't write them off, but also don't let them off the hook if it's not good.

I ordered the Steakhouse Burger and fries. It was a 1/2-pound burger with aioli, bacon, pepper jack cheese, blue cheese crumbles, friend onions, lettuce and tomato (all on a toasted bun). First of all, when it arrived, it looked like a magazine-photo-worthy burger. I was very pleased that the taste was just even better than it looked. The flavor combinations fit together to make one of the best burgers I’ve had. The meat was juicy, and the bun was fresh. The fries that came with it were excellent, as they had a flavorful, thin breading on them. Excellent food!

Worked with Peppers to bring in a large group as we passed through town on a Saturday for lunch! They were awesome to work with and were ready when we arrived. The servers introduced themselves to our group organizer and showed us to our seating. They were great getting our orders taken and making sure we had everything we needed. The service was just fantastic and we all enjoyed our meals.Would highly recommend Peppers!!!!If we find ourselves in the area again we will be back!!!!

Not knowing what to expect from the previous iterations of this location and expecting the obligatory over abundance of daught beer handles (which it has) it was particularly pleasing to find the food to be so good. Original, unique, tasty. Had flat bread pizza, sliders...all better than the pub fare.Thank you Scott! We are happy that you were pleasantly surprised with your visit! I will make sure that staff know that they did a great job. We look forward to serving you again soon!

Stopped in for dinner last evening. The meal started off well with the molten hot and tasty crab dip. Of the 6 dishes ordered after that, the Mirin glazed salmon was the best, and it was somewhat average. Flavors were good but way overcooked. The sushi is very marginal. Ordered the real lump crab in place of the kani (imitation) but it was truly hard to tell if it made a difference. The sushi was dense (overpacked) and quite bland. Service was good and the staff works hard to make guests happy. Lastly, management would do well to figure out how to have the exterior door shut after guests leave the dining area. It was a chilly evening when we visited and we, as well as other guests, had to get up from our meal to fully close the door several times after someone left, lest we deal with the chill. Or better yet, have exiting diners use the other door.Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review! We truly appreciate the feedback and have passed it on to our management in hopes of improvement. We do know we can do better would like the opportunity to learn more about your visit and hopefully invite you back for another try. Would you mind contacting our corporate office at your earliest convenience at [email protected]? Thank you again for your comments.

After a seriously long time of wanting to eat here, I finally made it! The GF options are amazing. I opted for a salad, which was delicious, so I can’t wait to go back and try the Pepperoni Popper GF pizza! Our collegiate athletes absolutely loved their food. The prices are very reasonable as well. Thank you for giving us a wonderful, first time experience!

A local friend suggested we eat here.I was traveling with a friend from Europe, who put down a $100 bill to pay for our moderately-good meal.Only later did he tell me that the change-- written out by hand-- shorted him $10. He didn't want to challenge it and "spoil" the atmosphere, but he noticed the waitress did not come back.It might have been an honest mistake-- it's obvious a lot of people cannot do basic math-- but then again, this is an old, old restaurant trick. You have to eat somewhere in Cedar Falls. Just count your change.
