This place has amazing customer service, reasonable drinks specials and excellent daily specials when I was there they had $5.00 off their Pizzas. The pizza was great - lots of toppings, fairly thin crust and very Delicious. What more do you want.....hoe many big screens to watch games - and some VLTs to play + 2 pools tables. Wooza .....Wooza. We arrived before 5:30 and, while the restaurant area was quite busy, the bar/lounge area was nearly empty, so we asked to be seated in the bar. Five minutes we were told, which seemed odd given the area's emptiness and two hostesses standing around, but okay. We stood there for 10 more minutes while many people flowed in. Sarah, the hostess, seemed very overwhelmed and very unsure of what to do. Seating anyone at all seemed to require consultation with 1-2 other people. She finally looked at me and asked "Have you been helped?"......uh, yeah, you took my name 10+ minutes ago. Yikes.Anyway, we were finally squeezed into a table in the restaurant area, and Elaine was our server. She was FABULOUS. Given the wait to be seated and the busy-ness of the restaurant, our food came relatively quickly. While none of it was overly hot, it was warm enough and tasted great. We gave Elaine a good tip because she was lovely.Sarah, on the other hand, requires some intensive training to meet the requirements of her position.Hi Donna, we apologize the wait to be seated was lengthy and we want to look into this. Ordered the baked lasagna which came out just sauce dumped on noodles not layered. Accidentally spilt a full beer that my girlfriend and I were sharing. Never got asked if we even wanted another one. The Caesar salad was good. The service was disappointing and so was the food. decent if all you want is a Caesar salad.

We visited the Toad N Turtle for the first time with friends for a surprise birthday gathering.The Atmosphere was great and we stuck around to watch the Flames game vs. the Canucks afterwards. The place was not packed but it seems everyone who was there had a good time. Prices are a little bit on the higher end ($3.95 for a diet coke is a little excessive), but overall our experience was very good.We did not eat but the people in our party who did enjoyed their food, particularly the desserts.

It was super busy at State and Main tonight. My Mom and I took the first table that was offered to us, which happen to be by the front door. Amazing waitress but the manager is another story altogether. So these ignorant people decided to wait for their table with their rear ends in our face (literally) they also coughed repeatedly on my table, it was horrible. The little girl at the front asked them to move but they didnât. These jerks wouldnât even move aside for a lady in a wheelchair. I complained because thatâs not a view that inspires someone to eat and the waitress said she would tell her manager who did nothing. Absolutely nothing! She didnât ask them to move and more important she didnât offer an apology, which in my mind was the least she should have done. Not a great way to treat paying customers. I will not be back.Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry I did not get a chance to come to your table to address the situation. Your server did let me know what was happening when I was running food out to tables, and I immediately cleared 2 tables off in the lounge and sat the table right away that was standing in front of your table even though it was in the lounge and they had a child in their party. I thought this resolved the situation, but I apologize for not speaking to you directly about it. I hope your service and food was great, and I do hope you give us another chance!

6 of us visited Main Street beer & BBQ and we all tried something different. The meat dishes are cooked for 14 hours and were all succulent and tasty, meat literally falling off the bone. Good choice of beers, wine and cider along with massive portions make this the place to go if youâre hungry. We were there during the ice hockey final so the place was packed, but the atmosphere was great and despite the amount of customers the staff were completely on top of it, and food was delivered really quickly by really good staff. We all loved the place. Basic but brilliant.

The service and food quality has definitely gone down hill. Tonight we order 2 appetizers for 4 people. When appetizers arrived we had to ask for cutlery. You would think with 4 people it would be a given that you would bring at least 4 cutlery. But no, the server asked how many we would like. We said at least 4, she brought 5. Appetizers tasted good....not fantastic but good. Dinner was a schmoozel. Each one of the 4 orders was wrong! Eventually everything was straightened around, but then had to ask for more cutlery, salt, pepper and ketchup...things you would normally bring to a table with food, including fries. No one at our table could say anything was great, or even good. Fettuccine was average to cold, not enough sauce; steak was good & cooked properly but fries were old and bottom dredges, onion rings were old & cold; pierogies were average with lukewarm over done sausage; ribs were below average, parmesan fries were cold but cornbread was good. For the price of these meals food should have been great to fantastic. Brewsters has several different kinds of chicken fingers - which we had never seen anywhere else. My husband ordered garlic Parmesan and said they were the best chicken fingers he had ever had! I ordered a BLT, without cheese (dairy allergy). The kitchen switched up the bun they regularly use, because the regular bun had milk, but the pretzel bun that they gave me did not. Our waitress was helpful and service was quick. We had a great lunch!

Hot spot in town this weekend showing its loud and raucous sports bar roots. The place was packed... no jammed. We ordered wings, Olympic stir fry and something vegan. Service was great and the food was up to standard when we first tried this place out. Weâll be back
