Ordered a pizza Sunday and 5:30, they told me 40 minutes, long time for a place that is 4 blocks away but whatever. Call back an hour later "yes the driver is on the way" 20 minute later still nothing, call back again, driver still on the way. Really? How many places is he delivering to? Finally after an hour and 50 minutes a lady shows up, no paper in her point of sale machine so had to pay cash. Pizza 73, is that 73 minutes to get an average pizza from 4 blocks away? Customer service gave me a 10.00 credit for the next time I order, guess I better order early!Thanks for taking the time to bring this to our attention, your loyalty is appreciated. This place is worth the stop as the pizza is great and so is the staff. They have fantastic selections and even better crust. Who ever thought fast pizza would taste this great, way better than the big names that make take away cheap pizza. Check it out.

We arrived before 5:30 and, while the restaurant area was quite busy, the bar/lounge area was nearly empty, so we asked to be seated in the bar. Five minutes we were told, which seemed odd given the area's emptiness and two hostesses standing around, but okay. We stood there for 10 more minutes while many people flowed in. Sarah, the hostess, seemed very overwhelmed and very unsure of what to do. Seating anyone at all seemed to require consultation with 1-2 other people. She finally looked at me and asked "Have you been helped?"......uh, yeah, you took my name 10+ minutes ago. Yikes.Anyway, we were finally squeezed into a table in the restaurant area, and Elaine was our server. She was FABULOUS. Given the wait to be seated and the busy-ness of the restaurant, our food came relatively quickly. While none of it was overly hot, it was warm enough and tasted great. We gave Elaine a good tip because she was lovely.Sarah, on the other hand, requires some intensive training to meet the requirements of her position.Hi Donna, we apologize the wait to be seated was lengthy and we want to look into this. I've been their customer since 2006.They have remained very consistent since then. The Mr Universe large pizza at 26$ gives you enough food for 8 people. It's square and thick. Lots of ingredients and the crust is crisp.The staff is very efficient as they managed to prepare a pizza on Valentine day in 20 minutes while everybody else struggles with hours delay.

We tried this newly opened Italian restaurant yesterday and were very surprised how great the food and staff were. The pasta was very fresh and the portion sizes were great...take your wife or family to this place for a great meal. For quick pizza with lots of options and discounts, this is a good choice. 3 sauce options: tomato, BBQ, and Donair (nice and tangy). Also, reg, thin, or pan crust options. Pizza usually ready in 15 minutes. Great for pick up on the way home from work and little time or energy to prep supper for the kids!

We were travelling in the area, overnighting in Airdrie, and needed something tasty and good tasting. We called Johnny's, and they delivered a good tasting 12" Hawaiian pizza, a Wing Meal, and two cans of soda, all for $30. The pizza was quite nice, lots of ham and just the right amount of pineapple. There were about 20 "wings" e.g. 10 drumettes and 10 flats, a little on the dainty side. The hot sauce was good, enough kick but not scorching. All said, though, excellent value, good, hardy food.

Required a quick order for pickup as the game was starting in 20 minutes. I reviewed the menu, and although the pizza's are awesome.....I decided to try the lasagna. The order was ready in 15 minutes, piping hot and a side order of garlic bread. Woo......so gooooood!

Escargots fantastic! Visited this restaurant on several occasions. Lamb chops, pizzas, pasta and souvlaki dishes cooked perfectly and very tasty. A slight change to the accompanying vegetables would change my four star rating to a five. Many entrees are served with cooked from frozen bland, mushy beans and carrots, along with fresh steamed broccoli. The steamed broccoli alone, or another âin seasonâ fresh vegetable would have been perfect.

First time there. Staying at hotel just a few steps away, Oct. 2019. We ordered pizza, and we were very pleased with the service and quality of the food. That gets the 5 star rating. But, we were not pleased to see that every customer was given a plastic straw with their drink, even if they didn't want one. That isn't necessary, as just more one time plastic going into our landfills for no reason. Please, no more plastic straws, unless requested by the customer. Most of us are capable of drinking from a glass. Thumbs up though for great food and friendly service.
