We found this supermarket very well stocked, with an excellent range of fresh fruit, veg, meats, breads. We were very happy with the service - staff were friendly and helpful.

On a blustery evening this was the place to eat, warm and welcoming. Plenty of space between tables, ordering and paying for meals at counter. Numbers allocated for tables. Bar service separate. Meals wholesome "pub food". Plenty to choose from.

Coober Pedy is an amazing place to start with and the idea to serve dinners in what started as minersâ club created by miners of Italian origin. Various nights feature different dinners and offer different dinners. Wednesday is lasagna night. It is a brilliant idea and promotes socializing.

Umbertos is old fashioned white linen napkins and tablecloths. For a special treat it is fun. Staff are fabulous and can give you lots of help with the menu. I had the smoked salmon which was delicious. Was too full for a Desert. Umbertos is a different side of Coober Pedy and well worth a visit.Thank you i am glad you enjoy and i will pass on your review to all the Umbertos staff

Great coffee and friendly service with delicious food was a welcome find on our trip. The owner was welcoming and her support of local aboriginal artists was wonderful.Definitely a stop to mark on your trip planning.
