We are visiting friends from down south and they suggested we try their local Thai restaurant. We were seated outside on a very pleasant night and it was great. Whilst the kids wandered off to check out the walking paths across the road and we sat back chatted, drank some wine and chilled. The food was very good. I particularly enjoyed the chicken with cashews and the veggie curry. I highly recommend. And the staff are delightful.

This newly opened restaurant is currently offering a lunchtime curry and rice for $6.95. Excellent value. The surroundings are basic, and there was very little choice of drinks on offer, but the curry was generous and excellent. Cooked fresh, it was served in a take-away container with a separate section for the rice. As I was eating in, I also had a large plate and cutlery. The curry was medium - and it matched the description unlike other restaurants who hold back on the heat. If you don't like it hot then definitely choose the mild rather than medium - but I loved it. Will definitely be back.

This is a unique dining experience, with various outdoor rooms scattered throughout, in beautiful surroundings. Every care is taken to meet and greet and the staff are attentive and friendly. The food was lovingly prep'd and cooked and wonderful fresh ingredients used throughout. But it's an expensive experience so be prepared!

As usually happens local eateries start off with good intentions and quality but too many let that slip and eventually, a year of so after opening, things go awry.The quality of the sushi isn't as good as was, and the windows are dirty, menus and other window display looks untidy - I don't like shonky presentation like this because it makes me wonder, if owners can't be bothered to present the business properly, then what are they doing in the kitchen?Perhaps not a completely reasonable assumption - but in 40 years I've always found that to be fairly accurate.Come on guys - get your act together - customers are going elsewhere for their sushi now - and the competition is benefiting from your complacency

The food is fabulous and the service is excellent. I am an aficionado of the Green Thai Chicken and I have had this dish quite a few times from Amporn's and it is always delicious and the ingredients are fresh and the friendly, pleasant, smiling faces across the counter are a delight. The pork buns are really fabulous also.

the only thing missing is they only do take away we have tried almost every thing on the menu and all yes all is great and I am very picky a must try for good take away and no I DO NOT know them I LOVE good.

Our favourite Chinese Takeaway on the Sunshine Coast. The prawn cocktails are so delicious, the Chicken and Sweet Corn soup warms the tummy ideal for this cold weather and my favourite the Singapore Noodles is the best I have eaten. We have never had a bad meal and highly recommend this restaurant.

We had a recommendation for this restaurant from some friends.We ordered Pad Thai, Duck Curry, Green Curry and entrees.All of the dishes were exceptional.The staff were attentive and friendly.The restaurant itself felt cosy and comfortable.Highly recommend.

Finally got to see and eat what friends have raved about! We dined out at the Silver Phoenix Chinese restaurant Sunday night. The restauant's decor was simple, the service by 2 young ladies who must have walked several kilometres that night, was very very good. The chefs were kept busy with so many takeaway orders but our meal was served with a very little wait (nice, hate being rushed). The menu is comprehensive with low prices. Loved their "All in One" 3 items on the menu was amazing food and value for money as I got to eat 4 of my fav foods on 1 plate....all for around $16. Definitely recommend this Nambour restaurant. Sulport them, you wont be disappointed.
