Now GourmIndia Imbiss Van has a new Bistro at Mt.Titlis cable Car exit called Spice Bistro. They serve the same Indian authentic food like Samosa, Bombay Vada Pau, Idli chutney & Pau bhaji. I tried mango lassi & it was delicious. Prices are reasonable and every penny worth.

This new restaurant is a good reasonably-priced addition to Engelburg. A short walk from town, it is part of a hostel-type hotel and the ambience reflects this: brightly lit and cafe-like. The food, however, is much better than that. It is simple but the burgers were delicious. The wine was good and the cheapest we found during our stay. And the staff were efficient and friendly.

Classy, yet cosy, restaurant, both in regards to interiors and ambience... A lot of nice pictures from Engelberg on the walls. Tasty Asian food. Some dishes really fantastic; for ex Golden Chicken, Roasted Duck, Prawn & hot chilli... More ordinary was the Beef Szechuan... Good wines! Very friendly and attentive service!
