Excellent place. Great waiter, too. Scallops appetizer was absolutely scrumptious and worth every penny. Beyond Burger with caramelized onions was tasty and Adirondack Orchard salad was excellent and very filling. The food was very fresh and portions big. Will definitely go back. Dear Lizistrata,Thank you for joining us for dinner. Chef Thomas has created a fall menu that has a wide appeal for all our guests and includes option for vegetarian and gluten free needs. Wonderful place, friendly, knowledgeable staff who will give you a taste if you're not sure. I had a Golden Ale, very good. We both had fish dinners also excellent. Produced quickly by a cheerful wait staff, not excessively priced and they have an outside seating area as well as a cozy bar. They're right next to an ice cream parlour but we were too full to go in.A good selection of beers.

Went here for dinner with my mom. She had the petite filet, I had the scallops with orzo. They were the freshest perfectly cooked scallops Iâve ever had. We also had the calamari that comes with a homemade pepper jelly sauce that is the perfect complement to the calamari. The focaccia bread they give you when seated is paired with an olive tapenade that is delicious. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. I will definitely be back.

We were passing through and saw this restaurant that looked interesting tucked in the back of a parking lot shared with outlet stores. It decor is rustic, homey and family oriented. Every sandwich and entree item on the lunch menu included a trip to the salad bar - something we love.The pewter plates for salad are chilled. I had a great Adirondack French Dip and my wife had a special honey ham sandwich with havrati cheese on a baguette. The ambiance, the food and the service were all wonderful. We recommend the Log Jam to all.

The Hampton Inn had recommended this steakhouse as it is one of the few truly accessible restaurants in the Lake George area. Most other restaurants have stairs and cannot be accessed by wheelchair. This place is busy, so reservations are necessary. Guests were line-up outside the front door throughout our entire meal. Every table was full and as one table was cleared another group were seated. Once in, seating was quick and very accommodating. Our wheelchair was stored near the front door and was watched over by the host who seemed to be the owner. Our server was friendly and very attentive. We ordered wine and were served fresh warm breads also. We ordered a large rib-eye steak and prime rib, not realizing that the portions would be so huge. The steaks were grilled to perfection and delicious. My wife had the béarnaise style sauce with mushroom and it too was mouth-watering. Regrettably, neither of us could eat our entire meals and since we were in a hotel, we did not take anything back with us. If venturing to this area again, we would surly visit the Caldwell House, just order a smaller portion.

This is a great place to be able to get breakfast or lunch. Our waitress was great and she was the one from California living in the the area, food was really phenomenal with great sized portions, all staff were very friendly, and the location and gift shop was very clean.

An impromptu stop culminated in an amazing dinner experience. Crafty drink menu with many flavored vodkas, a starter small salad of beets and goat cheese, although my husband had a poached pear stuffed with marscapone, a bit sweet but delicious! We decided to go with full dinner options, who doesnât love leftovers? Chimichurri beef tips for me and the short tips for the hubby. Simply amazing. Both dishes were tender, full flavored and the portions were plentiful. Itâs a must return! Adds another great dinner choice in the Adirondacks!

We were staying at the Inn and had dinner there. I ordered the pork chop and my husband had the duck. The presentation was beautiful, service was spot on and the food was delicious. We had creme brûlée for dessert. Everything was perfect. Thank you for sharing your experience with us at the restaurant at The Inn at Erlowest.
