The staff were all very nice. The food was average including the pie. I visited during huckleberry season but they didn't have any. They went on to say the don't make huckleberry pie at all. Giving the name of the place, I thought for sure they'd have this regional favorite. Oh well, I got a piece down the street. Anyway, their sandwich was pretty good but not great.

We stopped for breakfast on our road trip through Sandpoint. Awesome breakfast! My wife and I both had omelettes with hash browns. The food was as good as home made, portions were generous, and the service was efficient and friendly. We will be back!

If you love IPA, this is the place. From the Rye Ale (Rocketdog) to the Bock and Helles, fantastic. The tasting room has it all and has just reopened after the brewery moved to a bigger new building.Talk with Fred Colby the brewmaster!

Pros: Good decor and menu featuring well-conceived things you don't see on every menu (that always excites me). We couldn't resist the smoked turkey and applewood bacon sandwich--the thick stack of thinly sliced turkey, smoked in house, was absolutely fantastic. Best version of a Club sandwich I've had in a long, long time. We were also drawn in by the roasted carrot salad with butter lettuce, orange segments and an orange vinaigrette.Cons: Don't call it a roasted carrot salad if it's actually a lettuce salad topped with a few strands of roasted carrots. The name of a dish promises certain things. I would also argue that a few pieces of canned mandarins doesn't live up to "orange segments" in a place that prides itself on quality items like house-smoked turkey. And, minor quibble, but drip coffee at $3 a cup is a bit expensive.Those two complaints aside, I think the sandwich is indicative of the quality level this restaurant operates on, and I would happily go back. Sorry we missed out on the pastrami!

Got into town around 6:30 on a Saturday. Shocked how many paces were closed. Walked past MichDuffâs and wandered in. Great choice. Burgers were excellent, worth paying extra for the Kobe beef.

You have to order when you walk in at the front desk. This threw us off a bit as we had no idea what we wanted. The place was super busy. We ordered and got a seat on the patio. The food was really yummy. The service was good too.Thanks for coming in, Dawn! Thanks for hanging in there through our odd-order process. It's just what works in our space. We went for "breakfast" at brunchtime. Be forewarned--some of the servings are HUGE! For instance, the half-order of biscuits is enough for 2-4 people--two if you are having nothing else--four if it is a side dish. I saw someone's plate who had a full order, and it would have fed a family of 6-8 people!Their biscuits are fluffy -- a bit more cake-like. I had a salad, and it was just right. Very tasty. Be prepared to wait -- we were very fortunate and got in in maybe 10-15 minutes, but sometimes the wait is far longer. The prices are incredibly low for the amount of food one gets. We also love that they run a soup kitchen on Mondays -- nice people!

What a great restaurant in the Schweitzer Mountain Resort area. Awesome steaks and really good service. This restaurant and full bar serve up great times in Idaho. Loved my steak,potato and veggies.
