I have gave this place a couple of chances to impress and have been dissapointed each time. The drive thru takes forever and when I go in to order the order taker seems annoyed. GO to Zaxbys!

No drinks, bad chicken, and nobody cares. Bought a meal here and found that none of the soda dispensers worked. When I asked someone if they could get me a soda from behind their counter they told me that none of the machines work. Said ok, I'll just eat this chicken and have some water. But alas!! I ordered spicy chicken and this stuff wasn't. Got my money back and left. These people don't care so take your money someplace else.

Chicken biscuit - hot, steak biscuit - hot. Service - questionable. We placed our order and waited until after eight individuals behind us ordered and got their food. Looked like our order came up and was grabbed for the drive through. Not saying we were discriminated against,but we do question it.

We needed someplace for a quick breakfast on the way to the golf course. We flipped a coin and this came up. I wished we had kept flipping. All I can guess that they were terribly understaffed. There was a help wanted sign out front. Our waitress was "in training". It was Saturday morning and the restaurant was full. It took forever to get our orders. To get more coffee we had to get up and wave someone down. At one point, one of my table mates grabbed the coffee carafe himself. I found my omelette less than acceptable. The hash browns were good. The rest of table did not seem to have any complaints about their meals. One of them did comment afterwards about the general lack of cleanliness and the stacks of dirty dishes. I probably would have left, but I was in a group and found the need to not be a party pooper.

The subs here are really fresh. They never skimp on putting meat on the sub. The manager Jenny seems to always be there. This shows because the staff is always on task at serving the customers. Its a really clean restaurant as well. Enjoyed it very much!

Not a lot of places that aren't just ordinary chains breakfast places in Batesville. This place has incredible bake goods and breakfast fare. I had a egg and cheese biscuits on a gigantic home made biscuit. Amazing. Comfortable table seating and of course wifi. I believe they have lunch as well. Probably the best place in the area for a stop and breakfast.

The food was nothing to get excited over. The service was as poor as usual. After our plates hit the table, our waiter was not seen again until we had a drive-by ticket drop off.

We love Chili's and eat at their restaurants often with usually no issue. For this one, the food was decent and the service was poor. We ordered two appetizers and our two entrees. The appetizers and the entrees came out at the exact same time. I work in a restaurant and proper etiquette is to get the appetizers out first, so that was frustrating. Our Texas Cheese fries barely had any cheese and we asked for extra cheese on the burger but didn't receive it. I was not able to ask the server about any of the issues because she only checked on us once and that was when we were almost done with our food. We will still go to our local Chili's but I was not happy with this one.
