This was our first time stopping at Huddle House. We travel through this area frequently. We seated ourselves in a booth next to the windows and considering it was the lunch rush on a Saturday we were waited on promptly. We both ordered the BLT. My bacon was cooked extra crispy just as I had requested, my only complaint is the bacon was apparently placed directly on the bread from the grill and the bacon grease had soaked through the bottom slice of bread. I didn't like that, but I made the best of it with what I had. I also had sweet potato fries and they were good. The waitress was friendly and helpful. However, we most likely won't eat here in the future due to so many flies! I counted around 8 flies in the window seating area on our side of the restaurant. Management definitely needs to address the fly issue. Overall the staff are friendly and the place seemed clean, we didn't check out the bathroom so I'm not sure about that, but the fly problem needs attention!

Out on motorcycle drove through town looking for place to eat decent reviews lots of cars in parking lot so we gave it a try. It was horrible!!!!!! If I could give a zero I would. I ordered a cheeseburger my husband ordered the rib dinner. We waited like 30 min or more for our food. We could here staff arguing about stuff. There was only one other table inside ahead of us. So it seems like they took care of outside stuff instead of inside. Finally get out food. My hamburger was a THIN piece of meat that was hard and cold. It had obviously been sitting somewhere so long the cheese had become dried out. It was so awful I couldn't eat it. My husbands ribs were also cold. He had ordered Cole slaw which the waitress said oh I forgot it I will be right back which she never returned. He had maybe 10 fries and I had like 6 onion rings which they too were cold. I called the waitress to our table stating there is no way I can eat this cheeseburger which she offered to have something else fixed but by this time I was so frustrated. I didn't want to wait another 30 min for something else. She said she would get the Cole slaw which she agsin never brought to the table. She was worried about washing dishes and getting out of there instead of caring for her table. She never once came to check on us or refill our drinks. Very diappointed. My husband is one who usually dosent complain and he even said as we were walking out. I would never go back there again.
