You really would expect that from a company with this name but the meat was very tender it was flavorful I got the pepper jack gyro. It came with what they call fries before really potato wedges very tasty. The Pita was very fresh, as worthy ingredients added to it. Comes with pepper jack bacon and a very tasty sauce. you would have got a picture but it didn't last long enough for me to remember to get the picture. Service was extremely fast and friend. only negative to the entire experience and you can't blame the restaurant is that it's downtown Ocean springs and parking is horrendous.

We've wanted to try Mellow Mushroom for some time, as a lot of our friends have said how great the food is. Today, we finally did, while on vacation in Biloxi/Ocean Springs, MS. WOW! The menu is filled with pizza, sandwich, soup and salad choices. We'd been eating so much while traveling, we wanted something light. Both of us ordered the Mushroom Soup and a small Greek salad. I can't remember ever having a better bowl of mushroom soup! The flavors were something I'd expect from a fancy restaurant, and I wish we'd have ordered a gallon to go! The Greek salads were packed with olives, peppers, onions, etc, and I devoured every single bite! The staff was friendly, service was great, and we will certainly return the next time we're in the area.Thank you so much Vickie! It's great to hear that we lived up to the hype. It sounds like you are an experienced diner and we really appreciate reviews like yours. We look forward to your return to Ocean Springs and again, thank you.

Amazing number of draft beers available. The tapas are generally small plates rather than true tapas but the flavours are just wonderful. We had the chicken skewers, the chickpea curry samosas and the guacamole - which was more than enough between two of us, but what a wonderful meal!

We were in Ocean Springs for just a few hours scouting out hotels and restaurants for a future trip and decided to try the oysters at Charred. They passed the test with flying colors: cold, beautifully shucked, and not too big. We will be back. Plus, during happy hour, a half dozen oysters and a cold beer only set me back $7. I was able to tip like a king.

Ordered an appetizer, 1 lunch special, and wife ordered grilled chicken tenders. Guests came, ordered, were served, and left while we waited. Finally, we told them to just bring the check for the appetizers. At that point, my "special" appeared, but they said the chicken "was pink". We then said to forget it and bring the check. Served appeared to be ticked. But after waiting 40 minutes with no explanation or apology, we were ready to go. Even after we paid for the appetizer, nobody offered an applogy. Poor customer service.We went to Mikey's based on reviews. We will not return.

Indoor and outdoor seating; can get crowded at times. Awesome food at a awesome price. If you are in the Biloxi area you should go eat here. The four of us ordered several different items and shared most of them - Everything was very very good. Wide selection menu - something for everyone/anyone to eat. If I go back through this area, I will not pass by this place - I will stop and eat...! And, I will eat a lot...!

I can definitely say this is one of my favorite places downtown, food wise. Outdoor seating is especially pleasant when there is a festival going on downtown, because you can hear all the music. The french fries are to die for.... Burgers are really good too. The service is amazing and I was seated very quickly. They even make an exception for pets! Perfect spot in the heart of down town.

We were seated quickly. Our server was very attentive. We shared the sampler all the meats ( chicken, ribs, brisket, and pulled pork ) was delicious. I really enjoyed trying each of the three sauces (vinegar, spicy and regular). We will be back.

I have never gone into the kitchen of any restaurant to complain to the cooks. I DID HERE. three try's to get some warm mac and cheese and never got it,,,,,almost cold. I've heard the only thing good is the fish tacos,,,,and sure enough that's what's advertised on sign on road. I'll never go there again.
