I had to eat here more than expected, but all the food I had was amazing!-The Pescado en Salsa Verde: Excellent!!-Mixed Seafoods Creole: Very very good (the use of green olives was nice and interesting)-Gambas al Ajillo: I will try to emulate this at home...OMG...this was probably my favorite. I had it about 4 times in 12 days. An appetizer of shrimp cooked in garlic, olive oil, & finger pepper...very spicy and garlicy...SO good!!-Peppercorn Fish Steak: excellently prepared and served....most excellent!!Boneless Chicken ala Mexicana...Muy Bueno!The Grilled Squid: one of the few things I did not like. I do like squid, but not here...it was drowned in soy sauce and overcooked.Fish salad: great tasting grilled fish!!My favorite breakfast was the Chicken Tocino....another dish I will make at home from now on.This is a great place within the Xavier Estates Hotel...I highly recommend. Oh, and good coffee too!!

The lunch buffet is impressive. There are several hot dishes, salad bar, and desert bar with numerous cakes, halo-halo and more. There is one table dedicated to fresh tempura and another to meats. On the day I was there it was Lapu-lapu (fish) and roast duck. The food ranges from western, Japanese, Chinese and Pinoy (of course). The buffet comes with a drink (soda, iced tea or brewed coffee). I had the coffee (native, fresh and tasty). The quality of the food is good but it is the selection that is truly amazing. Lest I forget, sushi rolls are available on the buffet.

We ordered Caesar salad, a basic meal, 3 pieces of chicken and moist chocolate. We got the salad served fast.Since we were only 2 people eating,we expected both meals to be served together. Salad is pretended to be serving "our great creamy sauce", but was tasteless. A real Caesar is fulfilled with flavor simply by the quality of the cheese you put in it. Chicken was frozen then quickly fried : part of the flesh was pinkish, i.e. meat is raw and not cooked enough.I pressed the meat and it was overloaded with oil. Didn't finish the first bite.Moist chocolate cake gets a good taste, but I wonder if it's made at Bigby's or ordered elsewhere. I had breakfast included in my hotel reservation. Food was ok- just right. Not wow- just right. Area was big enough to accommodate hotel guests. service was very good. Servers could answer local questions about tourist spots... Cappuccino or latte included in buffet! I wish they could incorporate some local kagayano. delicacies- for my or others cultural curiosity.

This is a famous restaurant before.anyway,they serve delicious food.the place is not new,the lighting not good for me,the place is over crowded.I donât recommend this for family and office gathering.College students usually stays here so its ok for them.
