Visited for dinner in August 2018. Bad start, very long wait to get seated with, no exaggeration here, the majority of the tables empty. Then another long wait until we were greeted by our server. Continued to get worse, another long wait until we got our drink order. I'm the first to provide a little grace here for a busy night and/or getting seated in a section where the server is slammed. Neither was the case the evening we were there.I gave this a 3-Star rating/Average instead of a 2-Star/Poor rating because the food was good. I won't disparage the food, we ordered sandwiches and they were good.I had a cider and a beer, both were ok, neither was great or exceptional.One visit was enough. There are so many other restaurants in the greater Grand Rapids area that I would rather try or go back to then go back to Osgoods.

Our family was seated right away and Elisabeth was our server. She took our order promptly. We waited 20 minutes and I asked Elizabeth when our meals were coming, she said we were next. After waiting another long five minutes our food arrived. Steak and broccoli were cold. The grilled cheese we ordered for a child was not grilled and cold. I motioned for Elisabeth and shared how disappointed I was with our meals. She got s manager right away, he was at our table within a couple of minutes. I shared my concerns about the cold food and "grilled cheese" and told him these meals were unacceptable! He offered to heat up my broccoli and make a new grilled cheese. I told him we were leaving and left the restaurant!! What a terrible experience!We're sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. This is a great place to go with a bunch of friends to watch a major sports event together. The beer is always cold, and the servers make sure you are never thirsty. Lots of tables, many TV screens, and a sit down bar area designed for mingling makes this always a fun stop.

Stopped in her late on a Friday evening for appetizers and drinks and were pleased with everything. Brann's has nice ambience, plenty of seating, a friendly staff, a comprehensive menu and plenty of drink choices. When looking for a place that has a little of everything, you won't be disappointed in Branns.

There are plenty of TV screens to watch whatever game or contest that interests you. Decent beer selection on tap, and the pizza is solid. Any of the Italian fare is delicious, with one of our favorites being the Stuffed chicken scallopinni, which just completely pleases with its textured goodness.

Always want to go here because it's convenient, but the food has become so uneven that I'm going to give up. My husband's shrimp tacos were fine. My "airline" chicken with green beans and a pumpkin risotto, on the other hand, approached inedible. The chicken (why on earth would you ever reference an airline to anything these days) was overcooked and had some weird whitish thing perched on top. Thought it might be cheese, but it was a chunk of cinnamon-sugar flavored butter. Blech. The green beans were swimming in too much butter--greasy, though cooked properly. The risotto looked like creamed corn (which for a minute I thought it was), was the color of Kraft Mac-n-Cheese, and tasted like glue. Worst risotto I've ever had. The only thing I could eat were the green beans. Nice waitress comped me the meal, but jeez. Get a real chef, will ya? We've had some mostly decent meals here in the past two years or so, but the last three times, it's been pretty bad. Think I'll drive elsewhere from now on.

We love the burgers and tater tot appetizer. In the past when we got them to go they hardly stayed warm enough to get them home. However recently they appeared to have upgraded the to go containers they use. Keeps everything warm and we live about seven minutes from the restaurant. I would strongly recommend any of the burgers either at the restaurant or to go. Most of the time the orders are ready in about 15 minutes so if you live any further away than that I would suggest ordering while youâre on the way not from home and then going to pick it up. Keeps the food warmer. The only downside with to go if you feel like you cut in line to go pick up your food since the waiting area overall is quite small. Maybe they could actually have the pick up on the far side of the bar away from the main entrance and that would eliminate some of the congestion. Overall itâs very nice to see them busy which is a sign that they do a very good job.

We hadnât been in here for a while and we were impressed with their expanded menu options. Some of our old favorites are gone, but their new replacements are just as good if not better. It is mostly typical bar food, but it is still delicious. Their drink selections are still great. We had some of the different frozen drinks they offer and they were all good.

On the way from Grand Rapids to Chicago, we were so fortunate to find the Hudsonville Grille when winter conditions forced us off of the highway. We went for both lunch and dinner! The ambiance was warm and inviting, the staff welcoming and helpful (Kahlil was amazing) and the food delicious. We will go back anytime possible!

Went there on a Sunday night and was thrilled with the deals on food and drink. I had a pizza (ham and pineapple) and it was fantastic. Service is great, food terrific and love the quiet atmosphere.
