A pleasant surprise. A neighbor recommended this restaurant for a get together, somewhere we could have a nice meal, carry a conversation, and decently priced. Four of us had different entrees, all were very satisfied with them. Steak Diane was on the specials menu last night, I had that, also at the table was the pecan chicken, ribs and eggplant napoleon. They all even looked very appetizing. House dressing for the salads was a mix of garlic and parmesan in a creamy vinaigrette. Martini specials were $5 and tasty. I will definitely go back. We had 2 managers even stop by to make sure everything was great.

This place is just average if you consider the entire range of restaurants... but for "Large Menu Family Style", this place is better than most. This place has more appealing menu selections available than you will find at the usual, boring Denny's, Big Boy, Leo's Coney, etc...The food quality is just average and similar to what you'd get from restaurants that are supplied by Sysco or GFS (simple prep from frozen or refrigerated sources). The prices are a little higher and you can expect to pay $7.-$10. for sandwiches and $12. - $18. for most meals.

Stopped in for a few drinks Saturday night around 7:30. The place was pretty busy but we were seated quickly. Very social, loud atmosphere. Lots of televisions with several different sporting events which was good. They have Keno too which is always a plus for us. Drinks were reasonably priced, maybe a tad on high side, but didn't mind since atmosphere is nice and service is always great. Will be back again. Great stop for food and drink!

Hats off to Alecia, our waitress, at our impromptu evening at Baraboo. We are now west siders so it isn't often we can gather friends for a fun evening on the east side. The six of us ate a variety of entrees - Chicken Marsala, he said it was a wonderful sauce and seasoned chicken. Burgers: probably 3 of us: Applewood Burger w/Sweet Potato Fries -- absolutely wonderful even though it wasn't as rare as I would have liked it. Rib Rave had to be good because the pile of bones was as clean as a whistle. My only concern: I wish there was a way to lower the crowd noise. It did make it difficult to hear each other (group of 6)

We went there for a special occasion. I ordered fish and chips. I received three pieces of fish that were 2 inches long and 1 inch thick. My fish was Over crispy and my chips were burnt. My son ordered the same thing and his fish was overcooked and his chips were burnt. My husband enjoyed his chicken dish and was not hungry afterwards. My dish was 18 dollars And I was so hungry when I left this place. I couldnât eat the chips because they were burnt and the fish was heavily battered and like I said it was 2 inches long by 1 inch thick and I receive three pieces. For a total of 6 inches of fish. Lots of my friends have gone here and they raved about how good it was. I however was totally disappointed. The best part about this meal was the waitress she was excellent.

We had just arrived in the area and had had an early flight. Needed coffee and food badly. The Pantry was recommended by our hotel front desk. This place was fabulous. Don't let the long line out the door deter you. The wait is quick. The food was excellent with very large portions. The bottomless cup of coffee was one of the best I have had in a long time. And the service? Top notch and friendly from the minute you walk in the door. Loved Lisa. Don't miss this place. It's a keeper! We will definitely be returning within the week we are here.

We all enjoyed our breakfast. The service was good, A great family restaurant, there was lots to choose from the breakfast menu. The atmosphere was that of an 50's diner. It seemed to be popular because the restaurant was very busy. We had breakfast but others were ordering from the luncheon menu. We will be back.

The Green Lantern is an old school, neighborhood bar and pizza parlor. We invite you to make yourself at home and take-in a relaxed atmosphere where the walls are filled with sports memorabilia and old family photos... just like home. Making pizza is a fa
There is only really one reason to go to this place and that's the pizza. It is excellent. The restaurant itself is loud and dark and the service is just ok...but the pizza is awesome. Save yourself some hassle and order carry out.

GREAT made to order burgers cooked to order and served hot! We also tried the fried zucchini and fried sweet potato fries. Please note that this is a very small restaurant without bar service. But thatâs ok because the burgers are that delish! We appreciate you sharing your experience with us. We work hard to make sure the food is hot and meets your satisfaction every visit.

I have been away from Michigan and moved back. Mr. Paul's is one of the few true Detroit restaurants left on the east side.Steaks are excellent [I recommend the porterhouse] and service is still above average. Mr. Paul is on premises most of the time overseeing the food and service.
