The food is served sort of cafeteria-style in all disposable containers. The food and selection was not that great and it was rather costly for what it was. Staff,however, was very friendly.

Stopped by Masala bay on my drive back from New Hampshire. I was pleasantly surprised to see a smalladvertisement hoarding on the highway. Took the exit and saw the restaurant in a shopping mall. Ambience is good and place looked clean and inviting. I was there around 5 pm and there were some big groups of families and friends with kids. Ordered goan fish curry( attached pic), lachha paratha and masala chai. Curry was good, but a bit too oily for my taste. Paratha was good, but a bit dry. Chai was hot and flavorful.Service was good and wait staff was overall attentive.

I was quite pleasantly surprised with the good food but in a relatively simplistic decor. They are possibly not equipped to handle too many people at the same time. But am happy they gave us separate checks for multiple families. The South Indian food was great. Only the Sambhar that universally sucks in all Indian restaurants was a disappointment. But the other aspects of food was all good. Karaoke music ability was icing on the cake. All in all a great experience.

Stopped here with my wife, daughter, and mother in law and a friend. All the dishes were quite tasty and mild in spice. Service was beyond excellent; the servers are quite vigilant, watching for any needs. My only suggestion to improve ambiance would be to turn off the TV, keep the music soft, and lower the lights. Keep up the good work.

Great find! Authentic, outstanding South Indian cuisine, very large portions, low prices and fast, friendly service. Very popular with the local Indian community and very crowded. I recommend the Mysore Royal Thali and the any varieties of dosai. Come hungry and leave stuffed.
