We order from yamoto about every three weeks. Yesterday, two filet mignon and chicken combos. Each comes with a mushroom broth soup and a salad with ginger dressing. Entree comes with fried rice and vegetables, (onion, mushroom and zucchini). Also had crab Rangoons and dumplings. All very good. The best is the spicy tuna roll. Packed with mostly chopped spicy tuna with a thin coating of rice. All a must try especially the tuna roll

Took the family on father day. Was greeted by hosts. Had the habachi. Table was tight for the 11 of us. Sushi was good and fresh. Our meal from filets and seafood was cooked to order. Soup, salad, fried rice, noodles and vegetable was all included. Chef was good and funny though he did get some oil on sonâs phone. Waitress service was good. Took them a while to remodel and open but worth the wait.

8 friends went out to dinner and it was a nightmare! The place was virtually empty, (maybe 6 people when we arrived). We waited 15-20 minutes to order our drinks, when the waitress returned she brought 1 dink at a time? Maybe they don't have service trays? They certainly don't have "service"! After another 20 minutes we asked the owner if we could place an order, she said she was really busy? Wow at that time there were maybe 10 people total plus the 8 of us. Waitress finally arrived took our orders of 8 basic dinners 5 of which were appetizer specials! The meals came out 1 at a time! I was served 4 different meals before I finally received the correct plate. This is a true report (read my other reviews, I've never written such a bad report, but this place is the WORST)After several minutes (15-20) those of us who had food, ate and 3 of us never received a meal. We approached the owner and told her that this was not going over well and she answered "We're very busy" ! We finally said just give us the bill for what we received and we'll pay and leave. She agreed and gave us the wrong bill totaling over $200 ! When I reviewed the bill, I realized that we never ordered anything on the bill, I told the owner and she said "That's cause you're sitting at the wrong table" ! (Not that she gave us the wrong bill). This was like an episode of Seinfeld. But the idiot owner had several chances to fix a problem and she could care less! In many decades of Dining , this was the worst overall dining experience I've had! WARNING STAY AWAY!!!!

The nice family that used to own this Sarku sold it about a year ago. In theory the food should be the same as it is a franchise. Something is wrong, the chicken is not as good as it used to be. New cold are not as good. A little soggy and flavor is off. I don't bring the kids here any more, they were a Saturday lunch tradition for 4 years.
