We didn't want McD's, or more seafood. Random chinese can be iffy, but the wontons in the wonton soup were some of the best we've ever had. Hot and sour soup just okay, but the fried rice (white) while it was not fried was still very very good. (To be honest, the photo of the white fried rice was not showing fried rice either.) They did not have any bok choy on the menu. Basic.

Bought lunch special. Beef teriyaki resembles beef jerky except jerky has more flavor. Boneless ribs were super dry, think I may have gotten a splinter from one. After dipping in sauce still drier than the sands of the Sahara. Chicken fingers greasy and flavorless. Pork fried rice was what one would toss out after a few days. Nothing was fresh. Every thing was tasteless, dry and definitely left over. Not cooked fresh. Well...maybe last week. My suggestion, go somewhere else. I tossed half mine in the trash. What a waste.

Maybe this place is good for the locals but I found the food and service lacking. The food selection was passable but my real concern was the person who waited on us. He seemed a bit disengaged and not at all aware of how important it is to be welcoming to encourage repeat patronage. I will not being eating here again.

As a food critic wannabe and a Chinese food snob, I can finally endorse something magnificent as this after so many disappointments all over eastern MA. (We used to frequent at China Sails in Brookline)Asian Palace takes their food seriously as much as I do with the Sox and they give generous portions for amazing prices. They also deliver in a timely manner - perfect for a couple with a screaming 6 month old baby on our shoulders. Don't miss out on this - everything on the menu is really delicious!
