Hong Kong Express is a local Chinese food restaurant.Their menu is pretty standard with dinner specials and daily lunch specials offered.I am never disappointed with the quality and consistency of items.Favorites include their wonton soup, fried rice, and egg rolls.

Nice sit-down Chinese restaurant, which are few and far between in the Springfield, MA area. Food is above average, with very reasonable prices. Lunch portions are also well above average and include a choice of soup (but not egg drop). Asparagus dishes are available in season.

Every time we wanted Chinese food, China Star was our go to place, until Amie moved to NY and no longer ran the restaurant. Since Amie left the food changes have been noticeable but seemed minor. We ordered for take-out when we arrived to pick up our food I noticed the restaurant wasn't as clean as years past. We took our food home and were very disappointed in the food quality, our fried rice was dry and burnt. the dinner lo-mien was 90 per cent burnt rice and a small scope of lo-mien, our soups were good.
