Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Reviewed By mindyroo

We are members of Red Robin Royalty and are frequent visitors to various Red Robin restaurants. This visit was a disappointment. Our server was very friendly at the beginning of our visit. We started with the monster sized Salted Caramel Milkshake to share. It was nice, but tasted like an ordinary Vanilla milkshake - nothing special, no caramel taste. I ordered Clucks and Shrimp, which was advertised with the Bottomless Fries. My dining companion ordered a burger. It took forever for us to get our entrees, which is unusual for a Red Robin. Our meals finally arrived and I could not find any shrimp in my basket, and there were zero french fries. When our server returned later on to check on us, I explained that I have no shrimp and no fries either. She brought me a few shrimp that tasted like they were fried in old stale oil, or the shrimp had been sitting in a freezer for a long time and had freezer burn. The coating fell off of the shrimp. I only received a small portion of fries, as she didn't know that my entree came with fries. And she never returned to ask if we wanted any more of the fries or water refills. And then it was time to pay the check. I had a Red Robin gift card and I know it's a problem to use them with the electronic payment system that is located at the table. It would have been nice if the server could have said - let me handle that for you. But she didn't. We kept having to call her back and she could not make the table payment work either. Such a hassle. We are not in a hurry to come back to the Germantown location. And if you want a nice Red Robin experience - go to the Frederick, MD location. The staff there is amazing and you are treated like Royalty. No hassles, pleasant staff, fast hot food that you ordered, and the server handles the payment for you. Germantown management needs to learn how to property run a Red Robin.

Firehouse Subs

Reviewed By NeoWasHere

After not being able to find a place to park at a Firehouse Subs in Rockville, I drove here and was able to park on the street right in front of the store. Although, I did have to use my defensive driving skills to avoid not getting hit by a reckless driver while I was trying to park. It was a small miracle that I managed to come out unscathed from the incident. To my dismay, the same reckless driver than entered Firehouse Subs right before me and got in line to place her extremely large order for what seemed like an entire office. After she was finally done ordering, it was my turn to order a single medium Steak & Cheese hot specialty sub ($8.19) by itself. I sat down at a table with my back turned to the reckless, disrespectful driver/customer and then proceeded to wait 15 minutes before I received my sub. Finally, my name was called. I took ownership of the sub and promptly exited the building with only one thing in mind... where's the fire lady?Valued Guest, we are so sorry to hear your recent experience kept you waiting. This place is really known as The Lancaster County Dutch Market. Inside the market, they have many different vendors each with a specialty. They have a BBQ restaurant, bakery, cheese, produce, meat, furniture and many more. I bought cheese curds, chocolate covered bacon, and pretzels. Being respectful to the vendors, I did not take any pictures. Next time visiting the area we will stop in again, however, they are only open on certain days of the week.

The Greene Turtle Sports Bar & Grille

Iconic Maryland bar and restaurant serving famous crab dip, fresh & never frozen 100% beef burgers, fan-favorite wings, a $7.99 lunch menu, and a wide selection of local, craft, and specialty beers. Always a good game on TV, and every seat has a good view

I arrived from the rear parking lot and was taken back at how big and well-appointed this sports bar restaurant was once inside and seated. The lighting is more toward bright than dark which was a surprise thinking it would be a very low-lit establishment. There are a lot of TVs and an assortment of tables, booths, high tables and a long bar. I started with pint of Shell Raiser IPA ($5) and Hog Hammer ($9) appetizer. My entrée was the build your own burger. You start with a 1/2-pound patty ($7.99) and choice of roll, sesame for me. I added a second burger ($2.99) cheese ($.99), and lettuce, pickles, tomato (raw onion available) at no additional charge. Then I added sautéed onions ($.49), bacon ($1.49) for bacon. Fries were $.99. So, the total cost for the one-pound burger was $13.95 and with the fries $14.94. The two Hog Hammers were excellent blew me away. They were very tender and meaty, with a delicious dark BBQ sauce. The burger was over cooked and would have been a winner if done medium as requested. The fries were very good, crisp outside and tender inside. They serve Heinz ketchup.Hello, Mr. Ocho! Thanks so much for taking the time to write this thorough review! We appreciate your visit and your feedback--and we hope we'll see you again very soon!

Ambivalent. I can’t really pin point anything that would suggest a return visit. Every thing was just okay nothing special. Relatively easy to find. There is free parking. Menu is limited. I was disappointed with an Asian salmon salad. Seasons 52 has a much bigger and better entre salmon salad. Also, disappointed there is no non-alcoholic beer on the menu. We could carry on a conversation without raising voices. It was an ok experience but if in the area again I might try one other restaurants in the area.

Stopped for a quick lunch with a colleague during the week and was very impressed with the Jersey Mike's Famous Philly! On a French roll. Delicious, one of the best Philly cheesestakes I've had. Ordering was quick from the bar (like a Quizno's). Lots of parking in front in the strip mall. Friendly staff.

If you're not on a sodium restricted diet, you'll love their chicken noodle soup and any deli sandwich you can think of...they have. Want Italian food? They've got it? Want meatloaf and potatoes? Yes. Same with salads and club sandwiches and subs, hot or cold. Also nice to know you can have your waitress fix you a chocolate eggcream or you can get a can of several Dr. Brown's soda's, ice creams, cakes, pies. Its almost like being in a nice Jersey diner. Its not gourmet food, but it is good. Enjoy.

My wife had a small steak and I had the prime rib sandwich at this very comfortable and reasonably priced steak restaurant near our hotel. Service was also great even though we arrived within an hour of closing time. Our server was great and the food delicious. The prime rib sandwich was outstanding, and huge (!), actually more than I could eat so I took half of it back to the hotel. We were very happy with the decor, the food, service and price -- everything you want in a good dining experience.
