Reviewed By trawilkins1994Very nice & clean hotel for military members who are visiting Dobbins ARB. Comfortable beds, great breakfast, and nice fitness center. I did however have an issue with a housekeeper. I asked her for new towels on the third day during a 5 night stay and her and response was “No”. I thought she was being sarcastic but she was very serious and never serviced my room. I asked the front desk for room service the following morning before heading to work and they cleaned the room; other than that my stay was great.

It is the most expensive place in Delk Road area, but includes no breakfast and has small out of date rooms. Our room had large German roaches that eluded us by running behind the full length mirror. First thing you notice is how shabby and dirty the elevator carpet is. Suggest other lower prices, newer, cleaner places that also include a breakfast.

Reviewed By Honey1507Well I'm not from Georgia and it was a last minute thing we had a death in my family and the manager of the hotel was so kind and caring and he saw I was broken and told me if there was anything he could do to let him know the rooms are clean maybe they need a little updating to do but otherwise it was nice I was safe my husband had free breakfast also they have pool and give free bake chocolate chips cookies and free popcorn so if you need a hotel and in the area stop by and stay tell them Honey sent you stay safe and God Bless

Reviewed By Bbrino219We stayed 3 days, 2 nights over Memorial Day weekend. We encountered friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is far enough away from Atlanta to relax, but close enough to enjoy a Braves game and the aquarium. Plenty of food options nearby. Our party of five fit perfectly in a CLEAN queen studio room with 2 comfy queen beds and a full pullout couch. The room has a full kitchen w/ large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, utensils, plates, cups, and a cooktop is available by request. Everything you might need is available. Breakfast was satisfying and had choices to meet every need (including some allergy-friendly options). The indoor/outdoor pool was a hit with the kids. My only complaint is there were never pool towels on the rack and the pool patio lounge chairs were literally falling apart. Otherwise, this stay was much more like pre-COVID stays. After the nightmares we have had post-COVID at Hampton Inn and LaQuinta in other states, this was a welcoming place to stay. We will absolutely be back.

There was no information on the Priceline nor Holiday Inn website saying it was being renovated. We were informed of a laundry on site. When we went to look it was covered with boxes and not accessible. The walls are fine to drywall, the flooring is piled in the lobby to be installed. The elevator is dirty. The s/c unit in the hall is ancient. Brace yourself for disappointment. The breakfast selection has a lot to be desired. Stay somewhere else for now or call before hand and ask when they project.. This is a Hell- AdaY Inn.

The included free breakfast was actually very good. I will stay again next time we are passing through.

The worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.
Reviewed By ReviewofATLWe are checking out today and it won’t be soon enough. Here for a PBR stay to play tourney, so we are forced to stay at this hotel with our team from out-of-state. The experience has been nothing shy of horrid. No TP in rooms, no trash service, no fresh towels (five days of asking and I finally found a laundry cart and got my own). The worst thing though — the weed smoking is rampant. Our whole team has smelled it all weekend, but yesterday and last night, we spent gagging IN our room from the weed being smoked. We have a team of kids here and we all have contact high. Several of us went to complain to the front desk and he said he’d try to find out who was doing it — but nothing happened. We are barricaded in our room with wet towels up against the door to soak up the smell. We are leaving early and they won’t refund our last day even though it’s unbearable. We are going to spend 12 hours driving home on little sleep and a pot hangover.

Reviewed By momma455Don't be fooled by the nice, updated front lobby. We just needed a bed to sleep on and from the reviews weren't expecting much. But, please heed the warning about the bedrooms facing the highway on the ground floor. Vehemently refuse it. The telephone was unplugged and the outlet impossible to get to plug it in. It was so noisy from the highway we needed an app to turn on the dead noise. Still it didn't drown out the noise from people taking their dogs out to do their business after midnight infront of our door on the small patch of grass. Oh, becareful of the poop bombs left behind. Or a door being banged on at 2 am. There was no mini fridge, microwave, nor cofee maker in the room either. So paying over $40 is not worth it. Maybe the rooms inside the building are better but we won't try to find out.
