Our furnished accommodation is located in the heart of CHERBOURG in an 18th century building which has been completely renovated incorporating the highest standards of safety and soundproofing.We offer aparthotel-style rentals for stays ranging from one day to various months.Our rates are based on a sliding scale for stays of up to six weeks and the standard pre-payment conditions are flexible for reservations of more than one week. Our apartments can be accessed via a code system twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

Great value in a convenient location to port
Reviewed By willoDorsetIdeally located, close to the port. We were travelling by bicycle, and secure storage was at a small charge in the garage. The self service breakfast was fresh, and very good. In particular the coffee. There were tasty local meats, cheeses, and breads. In addition to fruits, yogurts and eggs. Reception recommended we eat at the grill, 5 min walk. Which was excellent, great food and prices. Also you 15% discount as a guest of apart city.

Reviewed By JerseystephenLast night we unexpectedly ended up having a night at this delightful resort. Our return boat on a day trip from Jersey was cancelled and with the area being so busy due to Bastille Day all hotels were full. It was very difficult for the staff to be faced with a very disgruntled bunch of people through no fault of there own, but did their best to make sure everyone was well looked after with understanding and a smile. We even got to watch an amazing sunset with Jersey in the background from the beach on the edge of the resort. Ideal for families and spotless. Thanks again Stephen and Cathy Clipp

Very disappointing
Reviewed By StreetsieWe booked for 7.30 for last evening, waited 45 before getting a drink, they took 15 minutes to arrive, so when they did we decided to order then, an hour later our first course arrived, the waitress had forgotten to give our order into the kitchen, the main course was also slow in arriving probably another 30 mins after our first course plates were removed. We found one waitress in particular to be very unhelpful she never smiled or even made eye contact. We have visited a few times and the service never improves

Gites La Vicomterie is on the peninsuela Cotentin right in the middle of nature and has four comfortable holiday apartments in different sizes for 1 - 6 people. The big garden offers many activities for children and adults: a sandbox, a mini tramp, a socker goal, a swinging board, a playing area for boule, two donkies or a campfire site offer various alternatives to have a good time and to relax e.g. having a quiet evening at the bonfire. Hiking and bicycle tracks pass a few meter from the holiday farm. The sea, where you can swim, sail, surf etc. is 12 km away. The coast offers all services tourists need and some places can become quiet busy, but it is always possible to find hidden places away from the hurly-burly. Gavray the next little town is 4 km away from us. The beautiful historical towns Coutances, Villedieu-les-Poeles and Granville you can reach in a 20' drive. Mont Saint Michel is 50km from us. Die Wohnung Malve ist ideal für 2 Personen. Nett und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Ideal gelegen für wunderschöne Ausflüge ans Meer und ins Landesinnere.

Not as expected
Reviewed By ewainthecityThis b&b had a very good reviews on a booking portal. The place looked decent and we were absolutely fine with its relatively modest accommodations. When we arrived there was no one onsite but thankfully we quickly connected with the manager/owner who told us where our room was. The door was open and we entered our room and unfortunately very unpleasant smell (chemicals and cat or other animal urine) forced us out almost immediately. I was too tired after many hours of driving to call the manager/owner and decided to find a hotel someplace else. I notified him that we left when we found a different hotel. I didn’t tell him immediately why we left (at this point it was irrelevant and my partner insisted that it left it alone). When the manager/owner found out why we left, he was not emphatic and didn’t offer any solution and or even a small compensation for the inconvenience. I know it was totally my bad I didn’t tell him right away, but I feel totally dissatisfied with the resolution of this issue.
