The recently renovated Niu Ohana literally means The Coconut Family. Niu Ohana is a family owned and family run company in Boracay Island in the Philippines with hotel and apartments in the East Bay (Bulabog Beach) and a Bar and Restaurant in White Beach, Station 1. Niu Ohana has been in business for as long as the island has been on the map. We've witnessed Boracay from an unknown primitive island to a world-class destination that it is now. When you come to Niu Ohana, we share with you the traditional hospitality that we've known to give visitors in the past -- a genuine sense of home and family.
What a find on the East beach Boracay, excellent!
Reviewed By DavidWhite63A family run set of serviced apartments on the beach front with good rooms at reasonable rates and with a great kitchen. I was there for 2 weeks while windsurfing with a buddy (@Reefriders) and just loved the location and atmosphere of Niu Ohana. Run by Susan and Mary with friendly staff, we felt part of the family and were invited out and shown around the island. With a top chef in the kitchen, we ended up eating in often. Seemed everyone knew about the quality of the food as there were frequent take away orders. Boracay is still going through an extensive "refit" of the island so whole buildings are being literally moved/set back from the beach front, so there was plenty of building work going on. That said Niu Ohana had done theirs early so that minimized our exposure to it. For me the location made it. Beautiful sunrises with a strong coffee to then get ready for another windy day out on the water. If you kitesurf or windsurf this place is heaven! White beach on the west side is walking distance and there you find a more bustling tourism with amazing sunsets. I think I fell in love with Boracay and plan to stay at Niu Ohana again.

Modern and comfortable place
Reviewed By Tondo26Suites were absolutely gorgeous and stylish. They got hot water in the shower. Staff were lovely and attentive to our needs. They cleaned the room daily. The only downside during our stay were the airconditioning and wifi. Airconditioning was temperemental in 2 of the rooms and wifi was not working on the last 2 days of our stay. Also you need to used E-trike when you want to go to station 1 or 2 because its about 45 mins to walked. But otherwise the suite itself was lovely, safe and comfy. With own private pool and gym.

Reviewed By leinvik Lwe had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay in Cohiba Villas. It had beautiful plants and we could see the sea and the colorful flying kites of Bolabog beach. We enjoyed swimming in the swimming pool while feasting our eyes with sights. The Cohiba staff were very nice, especial mention ryan and norma. We stayed in a spacious house, big living room, bathroom with jacuzzi, and my favorites balcon and kitchen. the kitchen had everything we needed and they were clean and new. I spent a lot of time in the terrace it's big and have garden sofa set and lounge chairs. When we go back to boracay we would surely stay in Cohiba Villas again.

Reviewed By Len LWe stayed here for 3 nights. The place is not hard to find just ask the driver to drop you off the health center and about a minute walk from the center is casa d'estrella. Also its less than 2 minutes walk going to beach, about 3 minutes walk to d'mall and 5 minutes walk to d 'talipapa. Keep in mind that this is a budget accomodation so dont expect a 5 star hotel like service . What makes this place exceptional is the people that work here. Their people are very polite and accomodating . plus the place is also away from the noise and busy buzzling of parties and people from the beach so you'll definitely have an amazing night of sleep. We are giving this place a two thumbs up... We'll surely recommend and go back given a chance. ?

The Anahaw Apartments are located only 1 minute walk to the world famous White Beach, , quiet location, 42inch LED Panasonic TV, free WIFI, balcony with rattan chairs and coffee table. Queensize bed with premium mattress, western bathroom with toilet, shower with hot water, Aircon split type, electronic safe. Fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator with freezer, cookware and pans. Daily cleaning.

Reviewed By Sergey PNice studio apartments located in 3-5 minutes walking distance to White Beach 3rd station. Air conditioned studio was equipped with convenient wide bed, sofa, armchairs, table, wardrobe and kitchenette. There was small balcony with city view and free wifi. Recommend.

Sunrise Palais Boracay: Relax in individual European standard Apartments integrated in our own residential Villa but with their own gangway so nobody is being disturbed by others. All Apartments have: Terrace or garden in a beautiful residential tropical surrounding overlooking Boracays eastern 2100 meter long watersport bay in about 150 m distance, Ocean breeze so you need the A/C only on windless days, ocean view and sunrise view, kitchen and bathroom, guest pool access, folding doors (except Superior Apt.) covering the whole front of the apartment which can be fully opened and are build, owned and operated by a German-Filipino couple. No chaotic, messy people or drinkers please, mess up your own place.

Sometime we are cook breakfast or lunch in the room. There is an open kitchen in the room,very nice. Come back from the beach a little tired. Can be in the room watching the sea while drinking coffee~ There is no glass window,all open,Wowww!I like ! I like ! There's a very wonderful outdoor pool. Very clean and so cool.Wow！ The blue sky and white clouds,can try skinnydip,no one to see you. Hahahahaha,I had a good time. I want to come here again~ I remember the poem: I only wish to face the sea, with spring flowers blossoming

Affordable hotel near D MALL Boracay
Reviewed By Chrisnox NAffordable rates for family room. The hotel is centrally located near all the convenience stores, coffee shops and restaurants. Staff are accomodating and friendly. Room is big. Wifi is week inside the room. No elevator. No breakfast. You can use the top floor to dry your wet clothes. Value for money. Will stay here again if I am travelling with a group.
