I have already been there twice and both times were pleasant experiences. I tried the brasserie and the restaurant gastronomique.I don't find the place really pricey in comparison to the quality of the food. Overall the experiences have been great. The menu is varied and offers some traditional meals that have become hard to come by these days.I would go back anytime and recommend the place with no hesitation.

Just off the centre of Lux, but 2 mins walk from Place D'Armies is this superb little family run restaurant. Charming without being stereotypical it has a nice front room and further space at the back. Happy to help translate the menu into English. Their house speciality seems to be the whole squid which does look very impressive. I opted for the lamb kebab. Nicely cooked, with peppers it came accompanied with rice and a side of Tzazaki. Very nice meal overall and will return

Given it is a holiday today, we were lucky to get a reservation for two. The restaurant was packed out, and we can see why. The service was friendly from staff and the 'owner' (we assume) who was very welcoming. The food was as good as it gets, and the service excellent despite the full house. We had read other good reviews on Tripadvisor, and therefore expected it to be good. And it was!

The food was well prepared and beautifully presented, with some adventurous but successful flavour combinations (bavette lightly smoked and then perfectly seared, dots of roasted padron peppers, paired with lobster and fennel filo parcel...). Service was excellent; helpful without being intrusive; very good advice about wines to match the food, and the cheese board was impeccable (très bien affiné).

Since my first review and being a regular customer I can clearly state two things. 1. The burgers are still the best in town. My preference goes to the O'bama and the Henri burger. 2. Booking is very important. It saddens me to see all the people entering just to be told that the restaurant is fully booked. So make sure that you have a booking ;-)

This place has had a major refurbishing since last time we visited, it looks now a lot cleaner, slicker, fancier, up-market....The style has changed too, I would say less "family Italian", but closer to "Italian dining", waiters uniformed, well-mannered etc.The pizzas were however slightly underwhelming, mine was warm when it arrived, as opposed to re-hot as it should be straight from the pizza-oven. Service efficient rather than friendly, and no digestif offered....Last gripe, we sat next to the door, which opened and closed all night, -10 degrees outside, brrrrr......but cannot blame them for that.Well, it seemed a very popular place at least, you would probably not go wrong by eating here.

We went here for lunch with the office one day. Lunch menu offers 4 different starters and 5 main to chose from. Additionally you can also order a la carte. Quality of the food was absolutely fantastic but the portion size is not what you would expect from an Italian restaurant. It is a different kind of Italian experience and worth a visit. Wouldn't become my first choice Italian in Luxembourg but from time to time a nice change.

We order a lot on delivery from this restaurant and the quality is always good. There have been one or the other time where minor things happened, but it is always tasty! But they should really work on how they take the calls, I mean we are paying clients and very often the person on the phone shows really no interest in being nice and forthcoming, BUT the guys who actually deliver are always really nice and try to bring an air of Italy into our home.

Visited this restaurant regularly over the last years. Quality has just reached a new peak. One really cannot say itâs âBistrotâ food. Every dish looks like a painting, just delicious. Although service is a touch to unpersonal, the overall experience is great. One place iâd recommend, no doubt!
