Reviewed By J8051LYamylFirst, they charged us $15 for canceling, giving a credit. We tried to book with the decreased credit, 4 days later, on a Thursday. Then, they raised the price from $108 to $150, before taxes and fees. All their Inflexible rules make it senseless to rebook with them on the one time we will ever be passing back through towards Minnesota. It’s all a scam. Save yourself a hassle and save yourself money by choosing someplace else’s to stay.

Reviewed By E6221IXdeborahdFirst - reserved a room with one king bed - was put in a room with two doubles. Carpeting in hallway stunk and was filthy. Room had not been fully vacuumed. Tub drain was broken in pieces. Overall cleanliness was disappointing. Coffee in the lobby only - appeared to be instant in a machine. Ice machine on third floor had a note on it that said something like "example only - real ice machine located in first floor lobby". Other people staying had said they had moved room twice already because it was dirty.

Reviewed By amandawT3735CPI have to sleep in my car with my children because the man who checked us in didn't inform us of a $50.00 deposit AFTER taking the full amount of the stay off of our card and stole our money. We don't have any money left in our budget and we booked online. He told us we can give him cash if we didn't have money on our debit card for him to take extra like a drug dealer, He racially profiled us and had different prices for deposits on his wall that he made up. I have never had this experience in my life and I never want anyone else to be able to have to sleep in their car in a strange city due to a horrible man.

Reviewed By M5214ZTlaurabThis hotel is being used as a halfway house. When people leave rehab if a halfway house is not available they can receive funding for an extended stay hotel. Based on all that we witnessed this is not a hotel for guests. In the twenty minutes we waited to be checked in at 12:30am, we witnessed — a tv being stollen (literally running out the door with it), a box with white substance being dumped into a box in the back of a vehicle that sat outside the hotel the whole time we were there, at least three large dogs in and out of the hotel, teenagers from prom getting access to guest room, lady walking in off the highway calling up to a guest via lobby phone and let in, drunk guy singing outside the door that let several people in the hotel with his room key, a battered lady that had movement and communication similar to someone on meth, and a guy that acted completely unaware/intoxicated that came in from the street and stormed to the desk as soon as the front desk roll up window was opened to help us after 20 minutes. To check in, you call a call center and the local hotel has up to 45 minutes to respond with assistance to check-in. By the time the help came to check us in, we had seen enough. We were scared to even stay or go in the room. This place is not a hotel for guests.

Reviewed By Z9669EPjamessFirst, I need to make it clear that I routinely use budget hotels. The amenities at the sub $75 price point are very familiar and acceptable to me. However, this hotel has exceeded my lack of expectation for minimal accommodations. After checking in, I had to make separate trips to the office for each of the following inadequacies: a stuck front door, ~ 1/8 inch of remaining toilet paper, no soap, and no top sheet on bed. During the last visit to the office, I was treated to the local flavor of the attendant as she responded to the unauthorized presence of a man standing outside a room with, "That motherf-cker ain't supposed to be here!" The final indignity was realizing, as I reached for a towel after showering, that the towels were all hung neatly on the rack and also all dirty, with the tell-tale smudges of human usage. If you want the feeling of over paying for a dirty and unsafe environment, without traveling to the Caribbean, this hotel is for you.

Reviewed By 986tabithahStaff was friendly at check-in. My room had been updated fairly recent with ceramic tile, new carpet, fixtures. Hotel and room were clean. Obviously pool is closed, almost every hotel pool is closed due to Covid so I don't know why anyone would write a bad review about a hotel based on that. It's in a safe and convenient area, the entire street is hotels. This will be my go to hotel when I'm in the area. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.
