Spacious, bright bedrooms, suites and family room.
Lovely staff. Rooms a little small. But very much recommend.
Reviewed By bewlaybrothersFirst, to say the location is great, and we had a beautiful view from our room. The bedrooms are a little small. But we could not fault anything else. The hotel has a very nice vibe to it, and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Basically 5 stars if the rooms were a little bigger !

Great 3 day ski break
Reviewed By raclevyFantastic experience, would definitely recommend to others. Best part was a late check out so I was able to have a 3 hour ski session in the morning and leave the flat at 1 pm. The flat c110 had 2 full size bedrooms withone bathroom and an en-suite shower. Very very comfortable. Peaceful setting, you don’t hear any noise from the other apartments. The spa area was absolutely fantastic, it tends to get busy in the afternoon however me and my friend went at 7:45 for an hour and enjoyed a private pool sauna jacuzzi and steam room, oh what a relaxing experience!! The management went out of their way to make our vacation as pleasant as possible. We arrived midday and our apartment wasn’t ready yet, no problem the manager watched our suitcases and told us to go exploring the village, so we went to hire our ski equipment and passes, a short while later the receptionist called us to to let us know the flat is ready. This was the welcome and lasted till our departure, always ensuring we are comfortable. Thanks to the manageres and her team!!

An oasis, super comfortable

The rooms are spacious, well designed, super comfortable with all amenities, including balcony, fireplace, coffee machine, frigobar. The bathroom has a new amazing granite stone work with a jacuzzi and all new fixtures, feels well decorated and modern, with that luxury/rustic feel of a chalet. The bed feels high quality from the mattress & pillows to the soft linen. And the view! The restaurant deserves a mention, super nice environment inside and outside, with a mountain chic theme, very tasty food with a Michelin star and flexible to the customer's demands. Definitely a place to repeat. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

Low quality, high price
Reviewed By murdock12_13Sorry but I can't rank more than two, especially when looking at the relationship btw quality and price. It's a very sporty hotel, the apartments definitely need renovation or the price must be lowered to a 2 star standard. Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs. I struggeled two days to obrain some heating in the room, almost no english is spoken at the reception. No english at all is spoken at the restaurant: embarassing. Not bad the meals, but the restaurant is absolutely not sufficient to host all the hotel guests. Pool? Is that a hotel swimming pool? The positive aspect is a paragliding landing site just beside the hotel.

La Bergerie Bed & Breakfast in the heart of Les Carroz village part of the snowsure Grand Massif ski resort in the French Alps. A renovated chalet farm where you can relax in a family atmosphere in a quiet and home-like environment. Our 4 guest rooms with private bathroom are in the centre of the village, with all shops, restaurants, pubs and services nearby. Ski slopes 5 minutes away. WIFI in all the rooms, free parking on our premises, secured parking in a garage for motorbikes. We will recommend some really nice places to eat on the slopes or in the village and also book them for you in busy periods if you want to.
bed and breakfast in a good location
Reviewed By suziedAs we were told by the owner, this is a B&B not a hotel, and I guess your guest satisfaction depends on what your expectations are. Good bits - the location is excellent - just a short walk from the centre. The room was warm and the beds comfortable. However, there was no door between the bedroom and the shower room so not great for privacy. In the 4 nights we stayed there, there was no room housekeeping, so no emptying of the very small bin and we had to ask for extra toilet paper. The experience is definitely like being a guest in someone's house, including the breakfast which is taken together - for us, this wasn't what we'd expected. A piece of advice, if you're flying in on an early flight. The owners ask for 35euros for an early arrival - all we wanted to do was dump our bags and go for lunch, but because they have to be at home, they look at this the same as an early check-in. The small tourist office on the square took in our luggage, but this arrangement wasn't certain - we got different info from different people in the office about when this service is available.

Fabulous Apartment
Reviewed By Lolly DWe were in the Chalet Belle Piste. A 50m walk to the covered travelator lift. And about the same distance up hill to the Reception/Gym and Pool. Overlooking the nursery slope. The apartment was spacious, modern and warm. Kitchen area was more than adequate. No English TV but, probably a bonus! Wi-Fi very hit and miss. Shower room And bathroom very nice. Bed extremely comfortable. And more than is usual on skiing trips, hanging space for clothes. Just a 5 min downhill walk to the village. With some great shops. A lovely Patisserie. Several ski shops, gift shops and 2 very well stocked supermarkets, as well as some nice bars 'Carpe diem being a nice little find offering (on some nights) live music. Also a decent selection of restaurants. Notably a Pizzeria a stone's throw away. There is live music in The square s well as a weekly morning market. The gym was fab as was the pool.

Snowboarding 2022 ?
Reviewed By 817gilestThis hotel is lovely, a couple of silly little things that I would change, but otherwise just brilliant. Good stuff - Location is great, close to the town centre, and about 10/15 minute walk to the bubble lift. Super close to the nursery slops. Fantastic spa which is super clean and a great lay out. Reception is beautiful and the staff are lovely, they also speak fantastic English. Rooms are spacious, we only had the one bedroomed unit for four of us, this was just fine size wise. It also had a great big balcony with a table and chairs on it. Kitchen is well stocked, we had everything we needed for the week. Towels, soaps and kitchen cleaning kit are all supplied. Bits I’d change - The sofa bed is quite uncomfortable, even for the kids. I would like to have had bigger / more bed pillows. It can be quite noisy in the morning with people clonking around in ski boots. In general this hotel is fantastic, I will definitely be going back. The transfer from Geneva is only 55 minutes too, a massive pull for me as my wife gets travel sick ? Highly recommend this place for a family holiday.

A beautiful place with a view!
Reviewed By r0elandiTop location for a friends or family stay. We were there for skiing. The apartments have excellent facilities. The ski area is great with more than 250 km of slopes. Blue is the main color, read is really red. We didn’t try the black ones. The ski lift is just a few minuts drive. You can park parallel to the ski slope, walk less than 10 meters. We will be back here!

Great apartment in one of the best ski areas in the French Alps (the Grand Massif) sleeps 6-8. Close the the pretty two of Les Carroz and just an hour from Geneva Airport. Renovated in 2008 Fully equipped kitchen and living area. • Les Carroz apartments Athena C7 is a self catering ski apartment located near the centre of Les Carroz• Apartment size 45sqm on level 0• Sleeps up to 8 in 2 bedrooms, coin de montagne and lounge.
Fantastic skiing
Reviewed By HephelumpsAs a first time skier, Les Carroz resort had everything I needed. A quick 2 hour, 1-2-1 lesson enabled me to find my feet before joining my friends on the slopes. The apartment itself was clean, homely and had all the essentials for 4 of us during our week long stay. We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the sunshine for our après ski. We drove our own car down with all the skis/ snowboards on the roof. The journey was very easy with most of it motorway and there was a covered parking space to the rear of the apartment. Friends of ours did not have a car and were able to get the local bus for free from the stop at the end of the road. Les Carroz itself was picturesque with lots of activities to do and a great little pub called Le Marlow. The restaurants were busy so I would recommend booking if you plan to eat out. We will definitely be returning, many thanks to the owner, Jonathan.
