The bar located on roof top can let the guest enjoy sunrise and sunset and surrounding .The bar and restaurant is a 120 seater multi cuisine restraint offering both A La Carte and buffet . 5

Reviewed By lizcoppolaOne does not have high expectations of a 3 star hotel in a remote town. I didn’t mind The garish style and that the bathroom fittings were cheap. However I was annoyed when within minutes of sitting on the room Chair in my shorts, I was inflicted with insect bites, on the backs of my legs that had come into contact with the seat. These bugs must have been particularly nasty as the itch lasted days, unlike mosquito bites which itch for less than a day . The bathroom had a leaking tap and a permanent little puddle of water near the toilet. I was glad that we only stayed one night in the hotel. I hear that there is a more pleasant hotel that recently opened in town . Unfortunately I did not get the name The only mitigating factor was the reception lady manager who when she learnt that we would miss the hotel breakfast that she was evidently proud of , took the trouble to provide us with a takeaway snack of bananas and boiled eggs for our early train ride. She had a jolly welcoming and yet very professional way

Reviewed By JoNomadFriendly staff - though limited english. good size clean rooms, ask for one at back to avoid noise from road. All rooms have balconies and garden/bar to front of hotel. close to a range of BBQ and Hotpot places and local bars.

Good hotel with elevator, air conditioning, wet room style bathroom
Reviewed By EmilyPNWWe were a group of Americans who were traveling in Northern Shan state. This hotel is in the middle of town, within walking distance to the morning fresh market and night markets and a bar with a Chinese owner. The staff is very friendly but English was limited. There are several nearby ATMs, which was helpful, since the hotel accepts cash only for payments. The hotel has clean rooms, an elevator, and WiFi. Some rooms had a balcony. There are wet style bathrooms with adequate water pressure for hot showers. Since the nights were chilly this month and we had to wear extra clothing over pajamas because there was no heat from the wall units. However, the air conditioning was more than adequate. The free breakfast featured both Western style toast with butter and jam as well as fried rice and fried noodles. We preferred the Shan noodle soup, which were made to order. Coffee was powdered so we preferred going to nearby cafes for espresso made from coffee beans. Importantly, the hotel has its own generator, which kicked in when Lashio had a city-wide blackout. All in all, this place was more than adequate in a town that doesn't see many American tourists.

Reviewed By 19T-K91I must say I feel the negative review on this article coming before me seems to expect a lot for a hotel in a remote trading city. This hotel is clean, comfortable and centrally located. It does however suffer from poor Internet situation - both in terms of WiFi and the hotel checking their bookings, despite paying in advance they still demanded money, however a phone call resolved this. Next up was a strong sewer smell from the bathroom and finally it's located just off a main road via an unlit alley. However the views are amazing, the staff try their best and have great connections - enabling my transfer to be 25% of the price of the original quote. Worth remembering that this is a remote, Chinese focused trading town, not used to tourists and this is a very cheap hotel at that.

Reviewed By J4939HJmichaelpThis is a typical budget hotel the likes of which can be found all over Myanmar and the rest of Southeast Asia. Nothing wrong with this property, yet nothing to rave about. The room was large and comfortable, plenty of hot water for showers, the Wi-Fi worked well, no complaints. The staff was friendly and helpful. At $28 USD via Booking.com, it's a bit expensive for what you get.
