Settled conveniently near the national highway, Red-C Residences is the newest place to stay in Iligan city. We have fully air-conditioned rooms with hot and cold shower, free WI-FI access, LCD TV and spa machines. Our rooms are also clean and spacious! Also accept monthly and weekly-based renters at low rates with adequate car park spaces.

Reviewed By Steven YStayed for long term first thing is the room was painted either orange or brown and it made it very depressing and hard to see in the room even with all the lights on. Room size was small and the only window was small and not able to see out of. There was no hot water the whole time was there and the shower head was so clogged hardly any water came out. WIFI was good as was the cable but the remote would not work we complained but they never did get it fixed. The young people working there did their best but it sure did not seem to be any management in presence . One of the biggest problems we had was the insects the room was always loaded with mesqutoes also outside in the hallway the walls had long lines of ants that ran the whole hallway we complained and after a few days the only thing they did was swept them off the walls they came back the next day. I was very disappointed.

Best Available Facility in Iligan
Reviewed By rziaullahIn a town like Iligan where you don't have much options, it is a good one. The building is new and generally clean. There is no laundry services, no breakfast etc. Bath rooms are so small that you can hardly move in it. In front of the hotel there is a restaurant where during nights (till 11) loud live music and singing goes on so if your room is on the front side, you will not be able to read or sleep till 11 at least. Otherwise there is vast option of restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel.

Reviewed By 350shaydVery friendly and accommodating crew. Attends to every concern and need of the customer. You feel safe and secure in the room and in the establishment as a whole. However, they can improve more on their amenities such as more available channels on their TV, larger bath towels, complimentary disposable slippers, etc. Other than that, I recommend Go Hotels Iligan. Kudos!

Reviewed By ditadawayenUPDATED RULE JULY 2019: to all dear Client-visitors in ILIGAN CITY who wish to STAY at this Pension House namely Famous pension haus, Morvies inn, & Floral inn) keep ready yourself and guided that any FOODs & DRINKs including bottle water IS NOT ALLOWED inside. You can leave your foods including Grocery items at the GUARD and pick it up upon leaving. Not a FRIENDLY anymore to stay in for travelers, to be HONEST the WORST ever! think before you stay. thank you!

Reviewed By Cesar Oi booked a room for a friend through Priceline.com and when my friend was about to leave they ask her to pay. I provided pictures as proof i paid with my debit card through priceline, they said the hotel accepts Agoda.com not priceline. so I talked to the staff at that time I promised I will log in again and book another room in order to pay, just the purpose of paying through Agoda which they recommended. so i did and got a No Show email, later I got another email with their message calling my friend "a big S&%#" at the same time asking to pay which I can understand that part. but why is it necessary for them to use foul language? clearly they don't have good intent and zero customer service. I could pay twice it's not the issue. the staff don't exactly know what they are doing and during that time their was power outage cannot check their computer. why is it they have to use very strong foul name calling to my friend and ask me to pay again? this place needs to tone down and earn the guest so the guest will come again and bring more friends next time. I am going there on vacation next month I do not plan to go near this place. Alan Sr Residences you are downright disgusting and shame on you for foul words, it speaks for you only ! (don't worry i will pay hope that makes you happy low life!)

Good and clean but the price ...
Reviewed By Jakub GRoom was ok. Good water pressure . Clean . Bed was big and comfy . Aircon ok. Breakfast was big. Just price was ... Boracay beach front hotels are usually cheaper than that . How even ... we stayed 1 night so it was ok but for few days we will choose another hotel
