This is a great little restaurant in the heart of Valentine. We have eaten here a lot and the food is always delicious - the service quick and friendly and the prices very affordable! They have the best satay and curries I have tasted and the salt and pepper squid is delicious. Thank you Mimi and Peter for consistently friendly service and terrific food.

This unassuming little door just down from Maccas in Belmont cooks THE best dishes! The chilli king prawns is my favourite...beautiful, clean, fresh vegies, lots of prawns, YUM! The garlic beef is tender and delicious, the special fried rice awesome!. The dishes are very very well stocked, the prices are great! Service always fast. Fantastic little restaurant...come on out with your own bottle of wine and enjoy table service also.

Wangi District Workers Club

Registered and Club on the waterfront of Lake Macquarie offering great food, entertainment and fully licenced bar. A great location for functions up to 250 people.

Lunched here on a weekday with a friend. Usual club service where you order from the register and they give you a buzzer. The lunch special - soup and a small main - was super cheap and tasty. There is a selection of traditional bistro and chinese food. I had the Honey Chicken and it was one of the best of I have ever had. Spacious dining area right on the lake - fantastic view in any weather.Hi Leanne,Thank you for taking the time to post your review. We look forward to you visiting the club again!Kind regardsJuston Baillie

We have been here a few times and it is your typical aussie chinese food but it is of good quality and good serving sizes. The service is good and food comes out really REALLY quick. The down side is the decor. The shop front hasn't been touched for decades and neither has the inside with kitchy chinese looking fitout. The tables also have those horrible sticky plastic place mats that get wiped down between customers. This place could be so much more if they put some money time and effort into presentation. Don't let that deter you. It is worth a visit.
