But the couple who run it keep it clean and my room is always well-stocked with the amount of towels and pillows they know I enjoy. The room is always clean and the bathroom is too. The microwave and fridge both function well as do the television and air-conditioner. Quite important is the fact that it’s safe and that means a lot to me. They’re always very sweet and happy to give me a room.

Reviewed By Gil ZStayed here for 2 nights as we were heading to Arizona, this was nearby Frank and Sons Collectible show, so figured, why not. Some reviews were good and some were iffy, when we checked in the clerk was not very talkative and it looked we interrupted him or something, was able to get our rooms. Walked in the room and it was nothing like the pictures. I mean, there were 2 queen beds, but the room looked like they were still fixing it up. There were no amenities, like no Microwave, no tissue, no pen or pad to write anything down. The bathroom was really small and the towels were downright just sandpaper. Smelled clean but there were stains that couldn't be removed I guess, that just went onto the floor, luckily there was another towel. Room was not very quiet either, can here people talking outside in the parking lot and sounded like the train tracks were on the other side of the wall. The air conditioner worked and it worked pretty well. TV was nice as well. The WiFi was horrible, just took forever to make a connection just to look up places to eat.

I called the hotel up for some help cancelling a booking that I made and the front desk manager was very RUDE said he had no time. I will NEVER send my clients to this property EVER.

The General Manager, Maria was in the lobby and introduced herself from the get go with the hugest smile! Breakfast was unexpected with all the usual things you’d expect but what I didn’t expect was Chorizo and Eggs one day and Huevos Rancheros another!!!! Just wow! The hotel was clean and quiet! The thing that sticks out the most is the amazing smiles from the GM down to every single person that worked there! Good job Maria! I’ll be back!

Reviewed By Daniel ADon't be fooled by all of the fake positive reviews. Judging from the exterior, this seemed like a quaint place to stay and the rates were reasonable. I learned quickly that this establishment is a haven for the lowest dregs of our society. It's obvious this is the spot for the drug users/dealers and other questionable and dangerous looking types. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!! I can't emphasize this enough. This place doesn't even have a lobby. You have to check in outside and speak to someone behind dirty glass. That right there should have told me what kind of place this is & what kind of experience to expect to have. There was a musty foul odor to the room, there was hair all over the bed and the bathroom and carpet was soooo filthy. There were what looked like blood and urine stains on the sheets and mattress and the air conditioning vent was entirely caked and covered with layers upon layers of thick dust and who knows what else. It's summer and boiling hot, but I couldn't turn on the air because I didn't want to breathe in all the nasty particulates that would've blown out the minute I turned on the air. I needed a motel for 2 nights, but left after the first night and checked into The Comfort Suites on Glendora, which was a most excellent experience with CLEAN & SANITARY accommodations. Never again will I stay at The Hacienda and if you value your safety, neither should you.
