Reviewed By Bob JStayed at the KCH for two nights. It's a reasonable business hotel, that has some nice views of the city and the mountains from the higher floors. Room was a fairly standard business hotel type. Breakfast is a choice between a Japanese and a Western set menu. Extras such as rice and bread are also available, so it is quite a filling offering all-in-all. The hotel is located about 10 minutes on foot from the train station.

Reviewed By Elsasong3Hotel is very close to train station and convenient. Price is reasonable. Rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel is not noisy despite close to train station. Rooms bit small but typical Japanese size. Staff friendly

Reviewed By Aeris SNot far from the train station, clean room with a very comfy bed. Side street a bit dark but we felt safe walking down the street. Delicious Korean restaurant down the main road and a convenience store not far away. Staff can't speak English but did his best, commendable.

Stayed 12 nights as a "home away from home"!
Reviewed By LutherRottoDuring an extended visit to see our American grandchildren living in Kurayoshi (Mom & Dad work there) we stayed at Shofuso and felt welcomed and were made comfortable in one of their "suites" (private bath). The staff was eager to help and the breakfasts were made especially to suit our novice Japanese palates. Located in "old town" it's perfect for the tourist wanting to experience this very traditional and historic locale. Every courtesy and comfort were extended to us and we consider ourselves very lucky to have found this wonderful "home away from home" in Kurayoshi. Since the kids are still there, we look forward to returning and, for sure, staying again.

便利だけど不快
Reviewed By fu-raibou3出張で倉吉に泊まることになり、夜遅くに到着するので、駅近でホテル検索。 どこも口コミがイマイチ。 迷った末、こちらに決定。 便利なところは、映画などインターネット番組が無料で観れること。 コンセントが部屋に複数あり、取り回しがよい位置にある。 ホテルから徒歩３分以内にコンビニや複数の飲食店がある。 外観はラブホのような感じで、フロントも昭和４０年代のビジネスホテル。 部屋は禁煙ルームを予約したのだが、異臭がする。タバコのにおいを強い芳香剤でごまかしたような感じで、頭が痛くなるほど。 その臭いになれるまでなかなか寝付けなかった。 またスーペリアのツイン（８千円）にしたものの、部屋が狭く、トランクを開けるスペースの確保が難しい。領収書は催促しないと出さない。

従業員さんの人柄は★５！
Reviewed By tarotarou昭和の旅館の雰囲気があり、とても趣深いです。 従業員さんは優しく親切な方ばかりであり会話も楽しむことも旅の一つに感じました。料理も蟹鍋のプランで美味しかったです。焼き蟹・蟹鍋の2パターン共にでて、思う存分蟹を堪能できました。 ただ古くからある宿のようで、部屋の清潔感が少し足りなく感じました。 部屋の温風機をつけたところ、埃臭さが部屋に充満したりと…また夜中に森が近くにあるため、何処からかカメムシが部屋に侵入するため…虫と一緒に寝ることになりました。 関金温泉は脱衣場・風呂場共にレトロ感が凄いです。お風呂は24時間営業しているらしく、夜中にも入れるところが好印象です。 ただ、シャワーの温度調整が非常に難しいです。

スタッフが親切でした
Reviewed By hirohp古いですが、寝るには十分です。安くて良かったです。駐車場は広く、近くにスーパーやマッサージ屋さんや食事が出来るところが色々あって便利でした。スタッフの対応も良かったです。
