ものすごく好きになってしまったラーメンです。
倉吉市の郊外の国道沿いにあります。最近移転したようで、店内は広くてきれいな感じです。
カウンター席に通された我々は、牛骨ラーメンの醤油と塩を注文しました。どちらにも牛骨の甘い香りが、程よい存在感で入り込み、醤油スープとも塩スープとも絶妙にマッチしています。どちらも、かなり高い完成度を感じさせる一杯でした。
相当に気に入ったラーメンなので、また近いうちに食べに行きたいと思います。

１１時から食事をする人も少なく、ゆっくり食事が楽しめました。

Hokkaido is just down the street from Kappa, and you might wonder why you would pay more for essentially the same thing.
It's not the same thing.
The sushi is so much better at Hokkaido. Decent-sized servings of very fresh fish and other seafood, a big range, and some excellent seasonal dishes. It is popular and gets busy at times, but the wait is usually not so long.

山陰一いやぁ中国地方で一番かな❗️一型ばさみの天然物鯛焼きの中でもめずらしい白生地全国的にもこの組み合わせで味のバランスいい店は無いと思うのですよ～東京三大鯛焼きにも負けない旨さ❗️タコ焼きとの複合店なのに旨い(笑)

入口がやたら派手なお店でびっくり。
牛骨ラーメンを食べに行きました。醤油、味噌、塩味がありました。
なつ旨ラーメンをいただきました。なつかしくて旨いんだって。
さっぱりしたラーメン。メンマがたっぷり入っていました。

This restaurant is housed in an historical building that was originally a mochi (pounded rice cake) factory. Apparently it still produces mochi, but now it is predominately a restaurant serving "mochi shabu-shabu". Shabu shabu is traditionally a dish prepared at the table by swishing thin slices of beef through a boiling broth. That option is also available, but more interesting is the thin slices of 12 kinds of flavored mochi that you swish through the boiling broth. (Don't leave it in too long or it will melt!)
You can also buy the same thin slices of flavored mochi to take home. They also make kimchi on site.
In summary, fascinating and somewhat unique cuisine to be consumed in fascinating, historical surroundings.
