I caught her talking horribly about some of her patrons, and come to find out they are regulars. She even used some derogatory remarks towards another person of color behind their back. She must not of realized that me and my husband was standing right behind her. The place is nasty looking.The bartender did not wash her hands at all. She would grab the cash and then scoop ice out for a drink. I even seen her grab an ice cube and place it in the cup with her bare hands. I will never be back.

I was staying in the area for the weekend and was driving by and decided to stop to grab a dessert for the family to take back to our hotel. I walked into the carside to go and waited 15 minuets while 3 different waitresses walked by me and not one of them asked if I had been helped. I realized that I hadnât placed an order but thought someone would at least ask if I needed help. After 15 minuets I decided to leave. I have walked in to my local Applebees and have never had a problem. Thank goodness there was another restaurant close that was willing to wait on me.

This is a great place to go with friends to watch a game and unwind. They have two happy hours and one is from 9-11 pm. This worked great for our group as we had a late meeting. It's very clean and they have a great selection to choose from. It's walkable from both the Holiday Inn Express and Hampton Inn.

Chili's as a chain certainly has seemed to slip in customer service and even in menu over the past few years, and I'd heard they were going to "get back to the basics" - well, they are, at least in Frankfort KY....it's the wonderful, welcoming, warm experience that made us all love Chili's in the first place....the bartender/waitress was superb on 11/29 at around 5pm (sorry I can't recall her name for sure, but think it was Renee)...the most cheerful and attentive person ever, even though she had the bar, the bar floor, and some section outside the bar to wait....she was funny and engaging....and the manager actually stopped by our table and stayed to talk, instead of a perfunctory "how's it going?"....the food was excellent.....we couldn't have been more delighted with what has always been one of our favorite places to eat while traveling.....thanks Chili's Frankfort - you're doing it right!

This is an excellent brewery! For locals, there is a lot of history and the views of the Kentucky River are very nice! I started with a flight of beers and was pleasantly surprised by both the quality and variety offered. I recommend this! We ordered burgers and a kale salad. Both were excellent and so good we came back again for the same thing! The service was excellent and we had polite, helpful and attentive waitresses both times. The atmosphere is like a sports bar within an historic but modern setting. The lighthearted humor with signs in the bathroom was a nice touch. With football season approaching, this should be a favorite. I will be back again, and again!)

We live in the subdivision where this is located. We frequent this place. The food is good and there are several things worthy of mention.It has a University of Kentucky theme going on inside. The 2-Point Cheeseburger is good. The 3-Point burger is better. The open-faced roast beef special is so good. Their Club Sandwich is good. So is the BLT. Chicken wings here are good too. The staff are all friendly and when you order an alcoholic drink, You actually get alcohol in it. There are several Flat Screen TV's and if UK is about to play, you probably will not be able to get a table. And there are a lot of tables. This place rocks. Plus, if we have too many adult beverages, we can just walk home and go get our vehicle later.

I have been here many times in the past with my wife before. The cellar is a located in historic downtown Frankfort across from the old capitol and the Kentucky History Center. It is half spirit store and half wet bar. The live music is always nice and the bar is sweet. I am never disappointed.

So glad we chose to eat here based on other Trip Advisor reviews! Cute little restaurant in a historic building. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We all ordered burgers or sandwiches and everything was delicious! I was impressed that the restaurant manager took the time to come by our table to ask if everything was ok. He was very friendly as well. After lunch we walked out on their deck and it was a very charming area over looking the river. I can imagine dinner on the deck would be lovely. I highly recommend Bourbon on Main!
